This could not possibly have been done less professionally. I spoke with Leonardo on November 7, a couple days after purchasing a voucher with Angie's List. He took all my information, and I confirmed I was in his service area. I had a Holiday Party scheduled for December 17, so I made the appointment for December 16 at 8:00AM. On the morning of December 15, I called to confirm the appointment, but got no answer and left a message. I sent a message via Angie's List later that day to try to confirm as well. And, as the lack of reply from those communications would suggest, he did not show on Friday morning as scheduled. I called once again at 8:30AM on December 16 to express my dissatisfaction and request a call back. None of this did me any good, however, because I needed my house done as scheduled, the day before I had a house full of 40 people. I was left without recourse and reply. I had to hire another service to perform the work at the last minute and pay the associated up-charges. Leonardo finally decided to call back on Sunday afternoon. He provided an excuse that I he did not have me on his schedule, but failed to address the lack of communication that had occurred on Thursday and Friday before. Overall, I would not depend on this provider if you need particular services on a particular date. I should have paid more heed to the other negative reviews on this provider before booking service, as they seem to be accurate as they pertain to my experience. read more
