I had a chip in my windshield that had some slight cracks radiating out; he uses top notch techniques and equipment , including UV light curing It was finished in about 40 min , faster than I expected. After the repair, 90 % of the damage was completely invisible- amazing! He's very honest and he is a self admitted perfectionist who sincerely cares about his work. I took my RV to their shop to have the top windshield replaced. The outside looked OK once the job…read morewas complete. They did not replace the trim piece that went around the window on the cabin inside. That was torn out when they removed the glass. Also the glass was not sealed fully on the inside. There were gaps in the caulk, even though it's not leaking water, they didn't bother to backfill. Also, my electric shade is not working. The motor works, but it looks like they left the RV exposed to the sunlight while they were changing the glass and melted the foam tracking that goes around the windshield for the shade to slide on. Of course, they're denying all that, saying they only worked on the outside, which can't be true because they had to go on the inside to clean up all the glass that broke when they replaced the window. I would not do business with these guys again luckily, I'm working through my insurance company who will make it right! BTW-I gave them a chance to clean up their mess and they refused.

At 1:10pm, Jose responded with the cost and soonest they could service, which was the following day (Monday)! He quickly answered all my questions about what times and how long it would take. Jose provided a 2-hour window and said the tech would call or text when he was on the way - which he did. Then showed up on time and did the install at a competitive price for mobile service. J&J Auto replied in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday; had an appointment less than 24 hours of contacting them; and came to us! Only feedback I can give: (1) share available options for payment in advance of appointment - there was no tapper for a credit card, but they accepted Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc; and (2) be more thorough with vacuuming out the glass debris from the car. Still a 5-STAR experience though - thanks, J&J and Jose, for an easy time getting our car window replaced and back on the road so quickly!
