The grounds at Skyline Ranch are huge so that dogs had plenty area to run, sniff, and play. Plus, they have a creek with several small pools that allowed the dogs to splash, get muddy, and have fun! They have a huge picnic area and an outstanding pit master that provided us with a great lunch option during our picnic in Fall 2014. They also have a very nice looking indoor facility that we didn't utilize this time because the weather was so amazing. We're looking forward to many more fall picnics out at Skyline Ranch and thank them for their support. Staff and Service has been excellent however the facilities need lots of attention. Clean enough however you never know what Will and will not be working from day to day. Even with reservation until the next month. Management said reservation was being canceled we had until next day to leave!! My sister told manager we had two Elderly & Disabled Family Members and moving them on such short notice was a huge inconvenience with it being Texas/OU college football weekend all hotels are booked. Manager Nicholas then became Very Rude and Aggressive saying He Needed that Room!! and another employee named Alisha joined in saying It's Not Their Fault You Are Homeless!! Then Nicholas Got in My Sister's Face to the point where another employee had to come Between Them! Once separated He just stood there with an Intimidating Look on his Face not taking his eyes off her!! At this point my Sister became Fearful of her Safety. From start to finish, Lisa and her team did an amazing job making sure everything was seamless... Even offering to help us carry our items into the venue. The venue itself is pretty, with glass walls and uplighting that creates a nice ambiance. Lisa was helpful, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. Therefore, I ordered flowers through them. The day of my event I was missing 12 arrangements. 2. The worker who was there during our rental was literally in the room the whole time watching us which made us uncomfortable and have a sense of no privacy. 3. I had asked for 4 pub tables to be removed and they were still in their place so my husband had to move them.
