Not only was the application botched,…read moreleading to glue entering my eye and causing a chemical burn, but the technician also made me feel guilty about her commute for a mobile service. My eyes were watering because of the glue in my eye, yet she blamed me instead of taking responsibility. The lashes on my left eye started falling out less than 24 hrs, and I was only informed of heat retention issues after the service. After texting back in forth with this tech I informed her of the issue I was experiencing with extreme fall out! She blamed the heat in building for This saying I should have made sure it's was at-least 70 degrees before her arrival .... She NEVER gave a disclaimer of this until the service was complete. Being that the location was huge office building , i did not have the Ability adjust the temperature. I If I would have known that all of my lashes would have fallen out because of "heat retention" I would have rescheduled and met at a different location! The technician clearly prioritizes profit over quality and safety. I strongly advise others to avoid this service at all costs ... Lastly , I do not think this was much of heat retention at all , I think they were improperly applied in the first place ! She was not applying to individual eyelashes as there was chunks of eyelashes holding several lashes together! like I said before I would not even waste your money , I know that it may be convenient because she is mobile but don't even waste your time or money !
