Jackie (Jacqueline Scott,) is fabulous, she understands style and texture, always does a great job on my hair. This appointment was to shape up my dried ends and give me something fresh to work with. Ashley Rose is like a hair magician!! I came in with half-assed ombre hair color and she made me into a sassy, balayage queen! I freakin love my hair so much. My hair is super even and the color turned out beautifully. On top of that, my extensions were constantly falling out and even hurt my head. Thankfully, Brittany took me in and switched me over to the weft method. Since making the switch, my hair has felt amazing and looked even better. I get so many compliments on it, even at the gym when I'm sweaty and feel like I look crazy. My hair has never been painful, and I've never had extensions fall out. Not only is Brittany an incredible stylist, but you can truly see her care and dedication to the salon and her team. I had a feeling something wasn't right before I even left. After I paid and went to use the restroom, I noticed a lot of loose cut hair left behind -- both in my hair and in the sink. I was still pulling strands out myself, which shouldn't be happening after a service. There was no acknowledgment at the end of the service. When I went to give her a tip, she turned away to move on to the next client before I could even hand it to her, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up going to another salon to fix the issue, and while they improved it, I had to spend more time and money correcting something that shouldn't have happened. I do wish I could be refunded.
