Store says they are open 9-Noon on Saturday. Very poor customer service. Both Saturdays, I took boxes up there ,found store closed. Disappointing after driving over an hour to get to the store. Especially the second time ,when I even called the day before to make sure someone was going to be there, only to arrive and have noone there. Then when we were finally able to send the boxes in March, it took them a month just to get the boxes to California, to get on the boat to the Manila, then the usually month to Manila, then they sat in the port of Manila for another 3 weeks. Very disappointed , will not be sending anymore boxes using their service. Will just go to LBC in Chicago, they have have better customer service, and it is a lot cheaper to send the box through them. read more
