He also will meet you online via Zoom as well, and prefers that method due to COVID restrictions. I actually got the wrong time for my yearly appointment with him yesterday (Sunday), and while leaving a message, the secretary picked up, thanked me for notifying them that I would miss the scheduled appointment, Mark was mainly booked until mid next month, and doesn't see anyone on Mondays, but was willing to make an exception for today (Monday). I really appreciate that he was willing to see me despite the missed appointment. The appointment went well as usual. I was able to tell him some things about some of the forms and he asked me some questions about my prior year, which he also told me I could do business deductions and we went through a tiny list of things that we could deduct. I generally scan all my stuff into PDF format where I don't have a digital copy and just hand him a flash drive with all the stuff for him to use (he will scan physical documents for you if it comes down to it). Given that he now has a digital portal, you can probably upload the docs there instead.

I received each year a single sheet to sign with no amounts shown and only found out about this debacle after 3 years! The office is in a temporary Regus Office complex in down town Palo Alto, this is where I met with Wasi in person two times. I usually do not like to deal with people that do business as I personally encountered too many vaporware outfits that use these temporary offices and are easily used as a disposbile front. But based upon the great reviews on Yelp I thought I was dealing with someone with integrity. Boy was I wrong! Red flag number one. When I met with Wasi at this locatoin verbally quoted me $350 to handle my taxes for 2014. I wish I had got that in writing or on video on my iphone while I was sitting with him. When I contacted him at this number he only replied once, then I never got a reply to my many calls again to this location or the Newark office. Apparently he does this to a lot of clients if your read the 'other' reviews on Yelp. I did some further investigation on line and found this was only satellite office of his firm in Newark. Thank God that they decided to open another location close to work. The new location is right where the Bank of America on Lytton Ave is. Since I have no time to squeeze coming in to their office, Wasi was kind enough to offer to pick up my documents at my work. He took it with him, process it and BAM! It was done in no time. Since I forgot that I had an appointment with him to pick it up and sign my tax refund on that day that we agreed upon, he took the liberty of dropping it off to my work instead. How freaking awesome is that? I don't think any accountant will do that. Customer Service at it's finest!!! Obviously, I have been very happy with his services that I do not consider taking my business somewhere else. He is very professional and dependable and definitely takes pride in what he does. He cares about his clients and make sure that you are happy with their services. I suggest calling them to make an appointment. They normally do not do walk ins just because they want to make sure that someone at the office will be available to help you out. Great Job Wasi!!! Keep it up!!!
