But I want to be sure to warn anyone who might be looking at renting here to stay far away. This is a slum lord's trap. Management is prepared to tell you anything you want to hear, but will not deliver. I mean never. Three or four times per year for six years, we were promised a new water heater. That never happened. We were also promised air conditioning which was finally delivered, but was installed incorrectly because management was too cheap to hire professionals. As a result, carbon monoxide gas was venting directly in to our store. Meanwhile, the poor folks in the restaurant next door have been without a furnace for two consecutive winters while the owner promises but fails to fix the problem his installers created. At times, you can see your breath while eating dinner. I could go on and on. I could fill a book with stories about this place. But I won't. I will simply sum it up by telling you to stay away from this place until a new owner takes over. At that point, I will happily remove this review if asked.
