Avoid this place its full of thieves and sbags only nice people are the ones on the reception items being stolen and going missing here guy in my room spooked me out so walked out, standing beside me bed staring at me making me feel uncomfortable, telling me what to do etc, I value my privacy a single room would be better, be careful of your belongings, thieves about, would rather sleep outside than sleep here. I can not recommend it in any shape or form, you will be spooked and very uncomfortable. I understand why homeless people would rather sleep rough, reported a theft of item that was recovered then got silent treatment, though I was right to report it, stay away from my stuff sbag who took it and the lot of them are scum. Place is a makeshift prison. read more
Pros: Close to the airport The shuttle (not free) stops right in front Nice staff Tea and coffee available throughout the day In the lobby Cons: No AC Dated We only stayed at this hotel for about 3-4 hours. It was just a nap and shower stop. We took Bus H1 from zone 16. It took about 15 min to arrive to the hotel. Check In was fast. We were given a room upstairs. They don't have elevators, so you will have to take your luggage up via the stairs. The room was small. It is dated, but clean and appropriate for one night or a quick stop. The room stays pretty cool with the windows open, but if you close the windows, it can get hot. read more
I think that if you stay here, you need to understand what you are getting into. Pros: - Very cheap private rooms near the airport (30 minute walk, 5 minute cab/bus) - €2 shuttle available every 30 minutes - clean comfortable rooms - decent continental breakfast (granola, cured meats, cheese, breads, hard boiled eggs) Cons: - Very far from city center - not luxury, if that's what you need In the end, for €50, I got a room with 4 beds, hot shower, and a decent breakfast before my morning flight. If you are planning on going out in Dublin, don't stay here. If you need to be in close proximity to the airport, this is the best option for you. read more

Close to the airport with a shuttle service for €2. Quick check-in. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Decent breakfast options. Not much else to say but for €55 and being in such close proximity to the airport there isn't much to complain about. read more
This place is cheap. In fact, it was the first non-hostel accommodation I found online when I sorted all Dublin hotels by lowest price. However, you get what you paid for. In fact, I think I got less than what I paid for. But in any case, here are my problems with the place. 1 - There was barely any hot water during my last two days of stay there. 2 - The free wifi only covers like 5 of the rooms. 3 - The staff was hit or miss. Sometimes they were very friendly, sometimes not. 4 - When they say "20 minutes from Dublin city centre" they mean it's 20 minutes if there is no traffic and your taxi driver disobeys speed limits. 5 - There are no restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The only thing really is a gas station. 6 - To get to the B&B from the bus station you need to cross a 4 lane highway with no lights/crosswalk. That, or walk to and back from a traffic light that was rather far away. 7 - Buses only run until 11PM on the weekend. Enjoy spending 20 euros on a taxi if you want to experience the Dublin night life! Honestly, it probably would have been cheaper if I stayed at a more expensive place and didn't pay the bus/taxi fares I did to get to/from this place. Oh well, lesson learned. read more

This place is so far, the best bed and breakfast I've been to. I was looking for a cheap place next to the airport to take an early flight in the morning, this is how I ended up at Glenmore House. I first was afraid of finding again something very cheap and nearly disgusting like it was the case in one of the bed and breakfast I have been to. But in fact, this place was very nice! My room was big, very clean and quiet even if it's only 5 minutes bus from the airport. I had the luck to be next to the reception so I had wifi even in my room. The bathroom was obviously pretty new. The beds were very confortable and the place very welcoming. The only two points I didn't really like about this place was that the curtains weren't thick enough. I like to sleep in a very dark room so it took time for me to fall asleep. Also, as usual in B&B, the floor was made of carpet floor which I find not hygienic, but this one was alright tho. The staff was very welcoming too and helpful. I would definitely recommend that place to someone who has an early flight in the morning. Also, the place is a bit far from everything but there are buses leaving from right in front of the hotel, I took it from there and I went in the center of Swords in a few minutes, and in Malahide in 30 / 40 minutes, so I guess it's a choice to be closer from the airport than the city. read more

We spent just 1 night here at Glenmore House when we arrived in Ireland but would gladly go back. The accommodations were better than we expected fro the price, the staff was friendly and it really couldn't be much closer to the airport. we drove to City Center and though being able to walk there would have been preferable, the drive was quick and staying closer would have cost a lot more money. We had no trouble accessing wifi and no complaints with breakfast. read more
