Dr. Rizk is professional, patient, tells you how to do a procedure correctly, gives suggestions, and above all, has good " bed side manner" in which most dentists I have encountered do not show well when I go to the dentist. I've had terrible dental experiences started at a young age, a bandaid on a problem, eventually caught up to me as an adult. I'm very appreciative for the two years I have gone to Dr. Rizk, he has correctly taken care of my fillings on past dental mistakes ( currently, and most likely again if I do better on my dental hygiene), crown and implant issues, and has given me advice on what certain risks I can encounter because I am young and I should be aware the expectations of problems do not get fixed. I appreciate all feedback and he's always ready to answer if I have any questions or concerns. I heard a long time ago when business is far, it is worth it to see them because you are taken care of. The past few visits I have come on a jam packed Wednesday when teaching is done- I'm lucky the office can accommodate late hours and the drive is worth it to continue to maintain a healthier smile. I left the office with no clear explanation, no diagnosis I could understand, and no clarity on what treatment was supposedly required or why. This experience felt misleading and non-transparent, and I was uncomfortable with how services were presented and billed. I have since filed formal complaints with my insurance provider and the appropriate state consumer authorities. At no point during my visit was I told that no cleaning would be performed, nor was I informed that the appointment would be used to build a case for additional treatment. I was not given a clear explanation, diagnosis, or tooth-by-tooth breakdown, either verbally or in writing, before billing occurred. I strongly recommend that new patients ask detailed questions, request explanations in writing, and verify consent before any procedures.

Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they gave me a ridiculous response saying, "How do we know you didn't go somewhere else after your appointment and have another laser treatment done there?" How can a business that performs procedures on people's bodies show this level of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism? They even told me they would refund the prepaid cost of my 6-session package only if I removed my negative Google review. Instead of correcting the damage they caused, they are trying to protect their online reputation. They still have not properly refunded my money. I have all email conversations saved.
