I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Premium Express Cleaning Services,…read moreInc.! I hired the team to do an urgent, last-minute move out clean when we moved houses. Fredy immediately responded and the house and carpets were beautifully cleaned. I was so impressed that I hired them to help me care for my new home. I have been so pleased to be on their roster. My cleaning team is comprised of professional, thorough cleaners. It is wonderful to have the help (I am a disabled lady with kids). I almost feel like crying with joy when I walk into my spotless home on the day my cleaning team has been there. I have never had an item broken. I have never had anything go missing. My cleaning team have treated my home like they would want someone to treat their own home. What attracted me to Pride is that they have a truck mounted steam cleaning system which is much more sanitary and powerful than a 'rug doctor' type of machine (and you never know where those have been or what they've cleaned up before coming to your house...yuck!) The technician that came to my house was on time, efficient and removed a very tough pet stain. They took two area rugs with them to steam clean in the shop. This is the type of service I am accustomed to, coming from Chicago. I found them pricey but still less expensive than others I called who did not even offer this level of service. I will definately use them again and suggest you try them out.

A renter used a bedroom and bathroom as a dog kennel leaving the room unlivable. Even after removing the carpet, the smell persisted. Their cleaning services of the floors, baseboards, and bathroom tile completely removed any evidence of the damage from the concrete slab, wood, and tile. In addition, the tenant left deep scratches in Luxury Vinyl Planks flooring from dragging furniture. Xtreme Carpet care cleaned the LVP and applied a layer of polish that made the floors look better than new. Of course they can't remove scratches, but the finish provided a shine that made them harder to see. As if that wasn't enough, they also located several sources of pet hair in vents throughout the house. They more the exceeded my expectations of what was even possible.
