I've been here a handful of times now and it's so fun! As a not so good at arts person, it was easy…read moreto create some cute pieces here! My friend reserved a table for a group of us, which gives you a time slot to work on your craft. When you are done, they fire it for you, then contact you when it is ready to be picked up. They have such a wide variety of pottery pieces to choose from as well as many paint options and tools. Each paint option was labeled with a number and had a tile showing how the color would end up looking after the firing process, because the wet paint itself is a lighter/different color. Every employee I encountered was a delight, and so helpful. They walked you through the process and helped me with any paint questions I had. I also discovered they have stencils and things like that! There's a big parking lot in the back, or a few spots out front, easy for pick ups. Great experience for any type of outing, and it is family friendly. It's not the biggest space, so I do recommend booking a table. All of the pieces are labeled with a price that comes off in the kiln, and there's a wide range of price ranges for any budget. Some really cute items to choose from. Will be coming back :)

The space is nice and the concept is cute. We had a great time, initially. Everyone paid, their separate tabs, once done with painting. We then went to dinner around the corner. Once talking we realized that they overcharged everyone because they didn't take the $20 deposit off of everyone's final total. We called to let them know and was met with hostility immediately and told that they didn't do refunds. Once we ordered, the group decided to go back over there. Asia very rudely refused to give us the difference, even with the other employee letting her know we were in a party. We will be contacting the bank, CPFB and the BBB on this business as this is not acceptable, nor legal. Please save your time and make your way to another place.

There was one woman working and she lacked customer service skills. We waited 10 minutes before being helped and finally when she decided to help us there was no enthusiasm or excitement when she spoke. It made our experience boring and dreary . The ceramic pottery was pricey so we decided to paint a wooden piece. To paint 2 wooden objects came to $40. I had instant regret staying and spending money. I could have went across the street to hobby lobby and got two large wooden pieces for $10. I feel if the woman had better customer service I wouldn't feel such regret. Maybe I'll try their pottery spinning class.

Plenty of glazes and very organized. Would love to come back solo for a pottery class or to paint something myself. Lots of cute gift ideas as well. Highly recommend. The lady/ owner said that she would let my sister know when they would be ready for pick up. My sister tried to call several times and even went by there to check the status of the ornament's. They were either not open or she was told that they weren't ready yet. She got the answer every time for months. Well she finally got to talk to someone the other day. And they told her that they gave them away to some one else. Because my sister never came to pick them up. And just know this, they were already paid for. They also had our names on them. This is NOT how you run a business. And if you would have called to let someone know that they were ready she would have picked them up. But NO one called. My kids were really excited about what they painted, and now I've got to tell them that the lady gave them away because she was to lazy to do her job. I'm going to make sure I let friends know how you do business. Which sucks. Yours Truly, A Mad Mother.
