Leslye and Terry own this house with two attached B&B apartments. We stayed here last weekend and found it to be really nice. It's located just a few minutes up the hill in Austinmer, so very close to that beach and not far from Thirroul. The apartment was very clean and well-refurbished. They didn't waste space in the bedroom, because it's got built-in closets. They saved it for the spaces that matter: a big bathroom that not only has a shower but also full laundry facilities! Or the large kitchen with microwave and burners. Or the living space with two sofas and a table. Or the outdoor private patio with sun umbrella and BBQ. Nice. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-located. Leslye and Terry left us to our own devices, exactly what we wanted. And they gave us the option for including breakfast or, for a discount, opting out and getting our own. Plus off-street parking. Very nice beach B&B spot. read more

This place would have probably been a good place to stay. But when we got to there. They double booked and apparently because we didn't confirm which we did over the phone a few days before, we didn't have the room. And telling us they were going to call us about it but never did. Proceeded to call us young and that we didn't understand the procedure of booking. Would not recommend staying here. read more
