The information on healthy living and looking after yourself through "raw food eating" was excellent. I learnt how to prepare some great dishes and the lunch provided by the owners was fabulous. Walking through the grounds and checking out all the furry critters was a delight also. What a range of animals! This would be a lovely spot for a family stay who would like a kick start with a healthy lifestyle.

We were greeted by Jenny and Marc in the afternoon and spent 2 hours with them hand-feeding all of their adorable animals - it was heaven. We stayed in the 4-person "cottage" which was really nice and modern, yet still rustic. Back 2 Earth is only a few minutes drive from the lovely town of Berry where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do for a quiet getaway. I highly recommend to stay at the farm, not only for a different experience but for the beautiful scenery - how's the serenity? On our last morning Marc made us a vegan breakfast and a hand-picked pot of tea from the garden - I could honestly eat that brekkie every day (please see photos).

We found we couldn't rely on information provided in phone calls from the owner about our wedding and reception arrangements (we naively operated in good faith based on points agreed in phone calls rather than in writing - stupid us, believing in humanity like that) and lost several thousand of dollars as a result that we hadn't budgeted for. When you book accommodation online, you're never really quite sure what you're going to find when you arrive and this place rose above our expectations. Modern, contemporary, spacious, quiet, handy location and a wood fired pizza oven in the tiny back yard. This is really quite a spacious small apartment. Lloyd has taken care to include many extras in this apartment sized bed and breakfast accommodation. He was happy to supply different food for us for brekkie (bacon and eggs at weekend is surely the Aussie classic)?. Everything you need is there including a sound system throughout and interesting selection of books. We were looking for accommodation close to RPA Hospital and found it only took about 6 minutes to get there (at weekend). Newtown Fresh Food Markets on Sundays, a short drive away added something extra for us. We required consideration for 2 single people and Lloyd graciously supplied another bed in the 'den' area that fulfilled all our needs. We highly recommend this B and B and for sure, we'll return

When you come across a little piece of heaven like Halcyon House in the Kangaroo Valley ....... you know it's the getaway for you. Only two & a half hours out of Sydney this little slice of serenity can be enjoyed and savored. It's neat, tidy and so charming with its period pieces and country comforts. Yes .... it gets cold down here in Winter time but the central heating takes care of all of that ...... you really don't need all the comfy blankets and rugs supplied. You have the Kangaroo Valley shops just meters away ..... including a Lolli shop, two fresh pie shops, a handful of cafes and a pub ...... so you are all set. It's so lovely here I was considering making an offer on this lovely hideaway.

We had a suite for the girls and an upstairs room for my son and me. This is a quirky and interesting venue, full of art and bits and pieces that really help to get you into the Bondi feel. While the weather was a little fikkle, the house and the facilities including the staff was just wonderful. It is the perfect guest house in any city. Great for couples. Romantic for some and just lovely for all. I can't recommend this house more highly tusk to say that we all loved it and are already planning a return trip. Just perfect in every way. Great place. Great location and wonderful staff. You decide.

It's so comfortable and with air conditioning and all the modern amenities, including a pod coffee machine, you kind of want to spend all your time here. The sheets, towels, plates and cutlery.... all quality ..... cups & glasses .... quality ! ...... there is a 3 burner BBQ outside on a really cool back deck .... with a large outdoor table & heaps of comfy wicker type seats ..... another great touch. This Cottage is so close to the main shopping district...... so close I walked to the Main Street every time rather than drive. It's located in a wide, quiet street across the road from a big open park with many other parks nearby as well, including the 'Bradman Oval'. Bowral and this beautiful Cottage were so awesome, so relaxing, so much fun ..... I'm actually considering moving down here one day ..... it's got everything you could ever want and need ...... with lots of Green and beautiful gardens in all directions. I will come back here in September 2017 with a view to doing some serious wine tasting and even the tulip festival to explore!!!
