I know there are times when I'm wandering around the store and it may appear to them I look lost or don't know what I'm looking for but it might be just because I'm trying what to decide to have for dinner that night. I need to concentrate and don't like being disrupted. There was another time another one of the staff kept asking me repeatedly if he could help with something. This is just excessive! The front parking lot is cramped - I've seen people back into each other on more than one occasion - For that reason, I park on the side lot where there was a former J&K convenience market and laundry mat. Back to the three stars. From time to time I'll have a hoagie from this Wawa. Last time it was a sloppy mess and the portions of meat were so skimpy that I couldn't figure out if they were saving calories on their nutritional label or trying to save money since they are now making their own rolls. The staff. The majority of the current staff is lack-luster. I'm not sure if the management team is handpicking the wrong people - or if they're just stressed and tired. One of the associates I always find to be abrasive and miserable. A couple of them (the younger associates) are outgoing and friendly. For a local convenience store, Wawa really screwed up and lost or transferred some really key employees that gave the business that "local" feeling which most corporate shops lack. Wawa as a whole is fine - the locations are hit and miss - and thankfully, when I took the time to write corporate regarding my experiences, they sent me a nice letter and gift card. I suggest taking the five minutes (if you have it) and driving out to the WaWa on 322 and Lambs Road.

The bathrooms were clean and had multiple stalls making for an efficient experience. They had some deals on water bottles which made everything a bit easier. I would have liked to get gas while here, but I wasn't quite sure how the gassing process works in New Jersey as pumping laws differ in Arizona (where I am visiting from) and we were already running a bit low on time.
