The owner of the one on 528 near Southern in RR was quite rude, and tried to blame me for not reading some warning on the wall that the included mini USP cable was required for a pen style/on board battery, when the fit had become impossibly sloppy, making charging near impossible. (as if that would have made a difference with a lousy jack receptacle. If you're looking for glass, the Menaul store has a huge selection. Can't comment on those prices. Long story short, stores vary in terms of customer service. The juices are OK, prices are so-so, the rewards have an expiration date one needs to me mindful of. Technical expertise is also highly variable, and looks to be less available than previously. Those of us who have been vaping for quite some time likely have standards that may no longer apply in todays highly commercial, legally restricted era. Those truly were the days. So take this review with a pinch of salt--we were spoiled, and the experience now is seldom the same. But I also believe Oasis has also been spoiled by it's success, and doesn't have the same attitude as a few years back.
