I inferred about loyalty points and he declined to let me use them, and aggressively yelled at me and my partner to leave. Yelling things to mock us such as "awwhhh baby girl" "get out you poor M***erF***ers" I understand this reaction seems irrational in response to something like loyalty points-- and that's because it is. I believe it was clearly due to me walking out of the job, when I had worked there, and this was a form of retaliation. (Rob trained me and knows I'm trans (ftm), and got this job right out of a shelter I lived in to try to get back on my feet) Even threatened me with physical violence- asking/urging me to fight him because "the gate's open now! come fight me b**ch" I'm appalled with how this reaction seemed almost second nature for him. I think this more than constitutes being fired from the company- unless everyone's OK with supporting and knowing their employees operate the stores this way.
