Kyle identified several of these issues and our builder cooperated promptly to make the corrections he recommended. One of the issues involved enlisting the help of a structural engineer to oversee and certify the corrections in the truss system. It's very important to have these corrections made on the front side with certified documentation to maintain and safeguard the value of the home.
