Worst cigar shop ever . Horrible. " good cop - bad cop " ownership. She can't and won't welcome…read moreregulars and ordering cigars (specifically customer requests) are a chore for her. He ( spouses) knows she's the problem, but has no position in the power play. It's sad. It's a great location with no viable inventory or ownership. This place is only known as a place where snowbirds buy impulse overpriced sticks by ownership design. Regulars are banished and discouraged from returning due to a full to empty box ratio of about 50%. Don't bother asking for your favorite smoke- she ignores you and " knows what sells." The owners also installed a microphone in the seating area where they eavesdrop in on their customers conversations. Also, there is no hand soap in the only bathroom. It's been that way for over 6 months despite the fact that the owner works at this location 3 days per week and hangs out there with friends every Friday night. Don't let them cut your cigar with those hands... A total cluster... Don't bother. They need to sell and move on. Imagine a shop that bans social interaction and all Sunday NFL games for (former) regulars. Visit Coffmans instead.

What an absolutely stellar little shop in a desert of small town judgment. I popped in here for…read moresome specific things while I was in town, and Glass Chamber had some of the best reviews of any place I could find online. I decided to trust the words of the people and swing by here. The shop is super easy to find, right off Colorado between downtown (confusion corner) and US1. There was easy street parking right in front and close parking lots. The staff were immediately friendly and willing to help as soon as I walked in. The shop is beautiful, with incredible stock for any of your related needs. I needed some recommendations as a non-local and unfamiliar with some of the brands carried, and I got all the answers I needed from the two wonderful ladies working. They were helpful, funny, and engaged while I shopped and asked questions. It made me feel really comfortable knowing a great store with huge selection and knowledgeable staff was available for any needs I had while in town. Definitely happy to have Glass Chamber as a resource. And did I say how absolutely incredible their glass pieces are? Truly a wonderful experience. Keep doing what you're doing, Glass Chamber! See you guys next time I'm back!

I used to drive to Vero for cheap In-house juice, now I can drive over to St. Lucie West and pick up whatever I need. Friendly staff, looking to give you the best experience they can. They are helpful and know their stuff. My only knock on BocaVapes is their name and not having a sign. They sound like they are located in Boca, and that's confusing when telling people about my new favorite vape shop. Not having a sign doesn't help my friends find the shop either.

I spent plenty of money and visited enough to make myself a regular. Nobody remembered my name, or showed any interest in me walking in every weekend for a month. I spend $200 a week on juice and gear, and I feel I should have gotten more respect than a half -hearted "let me know if you need anything" greeting. I'm taking my business somewhere else, and haven't looked back. The assistant manager publically disrespected me on a local FB page, then private messaged me and continued to harass me until I had to block him. I wouldn't have known he was the assistant manager if he didn't willfully tell everybody after publically shaming one of his customers.. For the owner: If your asst. manager is fired, or resigns in the future, let me know so I can edit this review.
