Very poor quality service. I made an appointment three days in advanced and had to wait 15 min before a woman who walked in was taken right away to the pedicure chair. I made an appointment for me and a friend. We both requested mani and pedi. Our pedicure was subpar by far. Callous removal was not properly done. My foot massage lasted about 20 seconds and then I was given one hot towel around both of my legs that could not fit. During my manicure the man used a bowl of water to warm my cuticles and the water was cold by the time he started. He spent most the time on the phone and cut my natural nails unsymmetrical. I asked for Gel nail polish over natural nails. In the end he gave me lotion and requested me to rub it in myself. I was changed 35$ for the pedi and 40$ for the manicure! He insisted that the Gel nail polish was the reasoning for the higher price I believe I was over charged and unhappy because of the low quality service. My friend's pedicure was identical to mine in quality of service. She received a fill and also got Gel nail polish. She was not satisfied and the very next morning her nail chipped. I do not recommend going here. My friend adds: "Lack of customer service, and professionalism, over the top prices." read more

Polish selection was very limited and very random. You have to wonder when you see a random Revlon bottle, or one with a neon clearance sticker.... Had a mani/pedi ($37) and during seemed fine. It was only afterwards I noticed several polish marks on the skin of my toes that didn't get cleaned up, and about 24 hours later the polish on my fingers seemed to have lost shine and almost felt sticky. Makes me thinking polishes were mixed, old, etc. Service was fine. Space is on the small size, I believe 5 pedi chairs and maybe the same for manis. read more

By far my favorite nail salon in Wichita. I spent years bouncing from salon to salon trying to find a place that was consistent and friendly and Glamour Nails is just that. I make an appointment with Sara every two weeks and she never disappoints. She's fun and friendly and my nails look the best they have ever looked! I'll never go anywhere else in town. read more

After having been a faithful client of Annie's for years I was sad to hear she was retiring. However, Kimmy and her staff are wonderful. She has made product improvements and over the past 5 months I have consistently been pleased with my nails and pedicures, no matter who does them! They still do all the traditional nail applications but have added "dip". I love this product - nails look great for weeks. read more

These reviews make me worry that bad reviews get deleted. The only reason for 2 stars is the MASSAGE part for my feet was awesome. Every thing else was bad. It didn't seem clean, she used tools that had been used on others, went back and forth between me and another client getting a pedi (without changing gloves). To top it off the polish as old and icky and looked all bumpy like it had marks in it after it dried. So very sad. read more

Went in with a large wedding party with an appointment. One of the girls had to go find a different place to get her nails done because they only had three people working. We got in a half hour after our appointments were scheduled because they were still taking walk-ins and continued to take them while we waited. The ladies were generally nice, but all of our polish bubbled from them putting it on too thick. The bride didn't get a top coat on one of her nails. Their gel polish doesn't match their regular polish, so you just have to make the "best guess." We tried this place because of the great reviews. Never going back. read more

I recently went to Glamour Nails on E. Central in Wichita, KS. I got a full set and paid $40! Two days later two nails popped off. I went back to Glamour Nails and they replaced them. A couple of days later another two nails popped off. I went back and they replaced them and charged me $5.00 and acted like I did something?? Another couple of days later, another two different nails popped off. I called the owner and told her I wouldn't be returning and that another two nails popped off. She was not concerned about loosing a very good customer and the fact that her products are horrible that the nails don't even stay on your fingernails!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY POOR PRODUCTS! I have gotten my nails done for YEARS and I've NEVER had this poor of service before! Loved this place! I always schedule girl time with my sisters when I am in town. We have gone to Model Nails the last 3 times I've been in town. I had a mani & pedi, cost me about $40 without tip. Very relaxing, very clean. They allow you to choose between several scents of pedicure scrub and lotion. They paid great attention to detail. read more

I went to get my nails done for homecoming I had an appointment at 3:15 and had to be at work at 5. She soaked off my old acrylics and put on my new ones and I look at the clock and it's 4:55!!!! And I told her I don't have time for polish and I was clearly upset and pissed and she kept pushing me to get gel which is what I wanted to begin with BUT I DIDNT HAVE TIME!!! And she didn't get that I LITERALLY didn't!!! So I went to pay for just the acrylic and it was $35 and she had the nerve to ask me to come back tomorrow and pay $10 more for polish so a full set with gel is $50 with tip! That's so unprofessional. Look I get it you need to make money but 1) you made me late for work 2) I had glue all over my hands 3) acrylic all under my nails! I'm so unhappy. read more

Disappointed in my experience. I got a pedicure with regular polish. The man doing my pedi used an electric tool to smooth calluses and he slipped and nicked the non-callused, sensitive soft skin in the arch of my foot. It hurt bad and still hurts 7 hours later. Now that my polish has dried it looks like only one coat was put on. Cheap polish. The massage part of the pedi was super short. It also was not very clean or nice inside. They did a good job on our nails once we finally got service; however, we had appointments set for 11:30 and I specifically asked when I booked if they would have enough people working to do all of us at the same she said yes no problem. When we walked in no one greeted us or told us to pick a polish or anything, we waited 30 min before someone spoke to us and then it was to direct us to our chairs. Another 20 min before they started our pedicures and even then they were bouncing back and fourth between us and other customers. Everything felt rushed and not relaxing at all!! Very nice people, but I had an appointment at 3:30 and they didn't start my appointment until at 3:45 or 4:00, and my friends appointment was at the same time as mine but they didn't start her nails until 5:00, which is the closing time. Overall my nails looked ok and I told them to do my nails short but my nails are very long and we waited too long for our nails when the other people didn't even have a set appointment but we did. They did a sloppy job on my nails and they didn't really pay attention to what i wanted and in the middle of doing my nails one of the manicurists left me to go do some ones eyebrows. They also don't know how to clip nails evenly or straight. If you are going for just a pedicure you should be fine but the manicure, I recommend you go somewhere else. read more

I have gotten pedicures at Glamour Nails in the past with no problem, but the last time I visited I was overcharged by $10 for a basic pedicure. When I went back to have the overage corrected, was told the owner would call me. After tracking down my transaction, the owner said the tech took $10 for a tip, per my instruction! (Definitely a lie since the pedi was less than adequate.) After 3 escalating phone calls with the owner telling me she believed her tech, she agreed to refund the $10. Never received it.
