I was blessed to find Bri and her team for my bridal makeup and for my wedding party's makeup! From…read morepre-wedding to post-wedding, Bri displayed nothing but talent, expertise, kindness, and professionalism. During my initial phone consultation with Bri, she was very excited about my vision for my wedding day makeup (an editorialized, enchanted forest meets dark academia, fairy princess vibe). She didn't try to put me in a box or simplify my ideas, she was all for bringing them to life. Throughout the wedding planning process, Bri was responsive when it came to answering my questions, advising me on picking a hairstyle/accessories/colors, and accommodating special requests (e.g., allergies to certain products). On my wedding day, Bri and her team arrived on time and worked very efficiently on 8 bridesmaids and a Mother of the Bride. Even with touch ups, we finished ahead of schedule. She was also very receptive to feedback - any time my bridesmaids had changes or didn't like something she had done, she was willing to change it and even redo it. Her assistant, Devon, who did my hair, was also just as receptive and adept. I loved both my makeup and hair: I felt like Rapunzel from Tangled. My makeup was dewy, whimsical, and youthful, but also regal and dramatic. I had a full face of makeup to achieve that ~magical~ vibe, but it didn't feel like traditional, boring bridal makeup, and I still looked like myself. For my hair, I was going for a romantic, breathless, whimsical look, which Devon achieved. My hair remained intact throughout the night, but strategically placed wisps and strands of hair gave me the flexibility to dance, jump, and enjoy myself without worrying that I was going to ruin the look. I would DEFINITELY work with Bri and her team again. She even provided a complimentary touch up kit for each person as part of the service, which kept our makeup fresh throughout the long day and night. I'm very picky about hair and makeup and she EXCEEDED my expectations! The photos I'm attaching don't do it justice (I don't have my full wedding gallery back from my photographer yet, so these are mostly just iPhone pics).

Attached you will find my inspiration photo and my results. I booked this company for a bridal…read moretrial and took my engagement photos right afterward. Location This "Salon" is located in a building, with no sign, where multi rooms are rented for various business owners. First time seeing anything like this, no signs indicating you are in the right building, and the windows are tinted so you are not sure if you should go in or not. Once inside, you'll see room numbers and if you walk around you will find the salon. Once inside, no one really greets you so it can be a bit awkward. After a minute of standing there probably looking very confused, the hairdresser said, hi are you my bride? I sat down and asked her if we could do something a little unconventional. I asked if she would be willing to give me a haircut since my hair was a bit too long for the look I was going for. She was amazing and said sure. She didn't have scissors with her so she asked the owner. Who was also there working on someone's hair. Grateful she was there with all the supplies needed for my last-minute request. I got a haircut and it matched the look I was seeking beautifully! Then it was time for make-up. I thought I had communicated that I wanted an airbrush application. My artist said hers was broken but she had the best makeup to use for my desired look. Disappointed and speechless, the owner quickly jumps in and said you can use mine. They worked together to get it set up and I ended up really happy with my look. My make-up artist asked a ton of questions, I don't wear makeup so it was a bit overwhelming to try to figure out how to answer the questions. Even though I was vague she nailed the look. She started light and kept it that way. Overall, I loved my look and the artist's flexibility. I was very nervous going into this appointment because last minute, the night before, I received several emails changing my appointment time and artist. It made me really anxious and didn't know if my appointment time would be honored. It all worked out in the end. I decided not to book this company for my wedding day because I wasn't sure they would have the tools required for my look. Since I wouldn't be getting ready at the salon, but at my home. I couldn't risk the chance of the artist arriving without the proper tools. I went to the salon for the trial and because they didn't have the airbrush ready, I thought they would arrive the day of my wedding without it too.
