I really thought nothing of it since I saw they controlled the situation rather quickly. Once they finished drying it, they called us to the car and I tipped one of the workers, got in my car and left. When I got home and walked to my trunk to retrieve some items I washed very upset to find damage done to my rear bumper. Apparently they struck my car with the vehicle directly behind mine and indented what looks like a suv grill into it. I tried calling to report it to the owner however no one answers at the number listed on here for the business. Please keep your eyes on your vehicle while waiting for it and inspect it before leaving so you don't experience the same disappointment as I did today.

We somehow ended up with a nasty liquid stain in the back of our car seat. The stain accumulated a…read morebad odor and a horrible yellow brown outline on the fabric. We took the car in to have the stain removed and were satisfied with the results, the odor disappeared and the stain along with it. What impressed me the most, it was the removal of a stain on the fabric from a dried up silly glue putty. We just made a quick mention to Jose about the stain when we dropped off the car. We were almost sure that dried putty was stuck on the fabric for ever. We now have a clean car without stains. P.s hopefully they'll save our son's small red flask. Then I took the trolly all the way home to El Cajon. The quote was less than a quarter of the estimate of a collision repair shop up here. Two days later Luis called and said the car was ready for pickup. By the way he uses WhatsApp to communicate. I took a taxi from the border to his shop. The work was impeccable and the car was restored to pristine condition. Only one problem. When I looked in my wallet for the money to pay him the money was not there. I probably dropped it as I was paying the taxi driver. I must say that Luis gets extra credit and high marks for not panicking or berating me. He drove me to the border. I took an Uber to the closest bank, withdrew the money, Ubered back to the border and walked across again. Luis picked me up. Then back to the shop, I paid him and I was on my way. The situation was complicated by the fact that I had taken the fob with me so that they were unable to move my car while I was away. My screwups! The shop is located in the back of an apartment building and is accessed through a narrow tunnel in the middle of that building. If you put the address in Google maps, you can see exactly what that building looks like. There is no sign on the street. Following the route on Google maps it is very easy to get there. They don't take credit cards. Luis' English is OK, but not great. He gets a capital P for patience though. Excellent work going above and beyond that necessitated by the collision at a price less than a quarter of the estimate in San Diego.

When you meet Luis, you'll get the impression that he's a honest businessman and that proved to be true. Luis was responsive and always had answers to my questions, he always was open and explained why he was doing certain things. He responded whenever I messaged him. The shop did very good work on my car. It looks brand new now. They fixed a piece of siding, some window parts, my door and trunk latches, they painted parts and fix things on my behalf that I was not even expecting them to do. They finished earlier than I expected. They finished with an extremely good paint job with no problems or hiccups. They were cleaning parts of my car and my tires when I arrived. They asked me questions and provided me with exactly the services that I wanted. I am going to recommend Luis and his team to my friends and family and anyone else. Excellent and recommended experience!
