When I discovered they were open on Saturdays I was thrilled. Really liked my most recent visit with Krystal. She understood what I wanted and took the time to cut it. On the one hand it was a simple Bob, on the other hand it was very technical (because both sides had to be symmetrical). She also layered it so my head/ hair doesn't look heavy. Friendly atmosphere. From what I can hear (it's hard not to overhear conversations in a hair salon) most customers are on first name basis, chatting about their sons and daughters, cats and dogs.

He left the bleach on it for 4 hours if not more and all the top layer of my hair fell out. I am just starting to get my hair healthy again after having to cut it very short. I didnt' want to create a scene as my daughter was with me and a customer was in the chair. He charged me $189 knowing he ruined my hair. It was handful after handful of my hair going in the garbage i was shocked. This was the first time i had bleached my hair although i did have boxed dye which i did tell him about so he knew the situation. After going home i did contact him about getting a refund which he asked for photos lol. i couldnt' believe that knowing that he knew my hair was ruined. There was no color only bleached hair of what was actually left as i lost most of the top layer of my hair. He did refund me though and he just mentioned how this wasn't going to fix my hair.... well you are right chris no it's not and i would never go to you again.
