Delivery timeline was quicker than promised but they charged the wrong credit card. (Also why am I paying in full before I even receive the order??) No one was able to help resolve although many promised to look into and get back to me. Zero responses and everyone either said- nothing we can do or let me transfer you. So after many transfers and over an hour and a half on the phone I'm still waiting. I typically use the Shade Store and now understand why. I would not recommend 3day blinds.

Absolutely the WORST Customer service and products ever created!!!…read more1st- 3 Day Blinds makes nothing of quality in 3 days or 3 months. 2nd- The sales representative pressured me into purchasing more expensive fabrics than my budget. He talked me into so called "better quality fabrics for a nicer look." 3rd- After waiting 3 months; the sales representative's window measures were inaccurate and the window treatments I ordered did not fit properly. 3rd - The installer refused to remove the poor-fitting drapes and shades, was rude and informed me of additional charges to remove the products. 4th - Crystal Stanford, THE MANAGER, was the most disrespectful creature I ever spoke with! She was only authorized to Re-Make the ill-fitting window treatments and Not Offer Refunds for 3 Day Blinds poorly made products. Lastly, SAVE YOURSELF the mental anguish from dealing with this terrible company! Believe the Poor Reviews. Shop Elsewhere!
