I knew that we had gotten lucky our first time here. We had Christmas pictures done Sunday…read moreafternoon December 10th. We walked in to a packed house. We asked if they were running behind. They said they weren't and that they had scheduled appointments 10 minutes apart and that it was moving quickly. That was a lie and we heard them tell other people the lie. It takes a good hour to take the pictures and select them, yet they're scheduling 6 appointments within that hour. It's hard to get children to wait for hours upon hours and get them to cooperate for photos. Multitudes of people who had already been waiting for several hours were leaving in droves. We had already planned our entire day around this, so aborting the mission was not an option. The short story is that we were there for a total of 5 hours to get Christmas pictures. The workers were clearly exhausted. We were exhausted. Then they want you to go through hundreds of decisions it seems like and I was like "I don't give a shit. Just pick some for me." In the end, we did get some decent pictures for a decent price, but they were blatantly lying to people and only helping the ones with the most endurance. This is a two star review. I'll average it to 3.
