It just could've been Junebugs time he had mega colon hip dysplasia he was missing two vertebrates at the base of his tail so he had to hop like a rabbit when he walked or ran. I've raised and bred American Bullies before my move and always vet my own animals except Rabies..and the microchips.. Yearly physicals I set at same time for both dogs to be seen.. Hazel was diagnosed with Lyme disease in May/June just prior to our move so at visit I wanted her condition checked and bloodwork.. I was shown to a room with both dogs then one dog at a time was taken out of room, nails trimmed, flea pills and Rabies vax given out of my presence. Then told visit was over and they'd call me.. Yearly or really any visit the vet comes in and examines and discusses concerns and answers questions.. Not Dr. Griffin.. Macdonald's drive thru vet.. Over $500 for less than 20 minutes for both dogs.. I was told she examined them in the hallway., I'm like what?? Why am I leaving my review now a year later?? I heard the radio ads looking for new clients which tells me little ole hometown girls vet practice just might be suffering.. Good.. greedy vet needs sent to the breadline.. I certainly told every pet owner I know and I see it has no one there when I drive by.. Yep, I'm certainly hoping Karma arrives for greedy hometown girl.. Here is my first experience with this vet and his staff: my new kitten was having trouble with diarrhea and needed his first shots, he had an accident while we were waiting to be seen and the assistant cleaned up my poor little kitty, gave him a new towel to keep warm, then helped to make sure his chip was in. In the meantime his twin was struggling with stress and needed some comfort, which was provided. Since I am new to the area, this vet made me feel so welcome and treated my pets like they are part of the family. I would highly recommend you checking out this GREAT service!

My 13 year old cat was diagnosed with Feline Lymphoma and it was spreading fast so I didn't want him to have to suffer anymore. I took him to Dr. Gent to be put to sleep and it was a completely botched operation from start to finish. There was absolutely zero privacy given to us in an area where other customers were picking up their own cats, with an extremely rude nurse. After anesthetic was given to him we were told the doctor would be fifteen minutes to come back and he wouldn't feel anything, by the time he did come back to us it was wearing off because he was too busy talking to someone else in the main part of the building and because of this my cats last moments were spent in fear instead of being a peaceful passing. If you are looking for a vet in the area I would highly recommend it not be here because they operate with absolutely zero care or compassion in what they do.
