My husband & I had couples massage & facial at The Glade. Emily & Hailey were absolutely amazing massage therapist, they both listened to our needs in detail & they were executed to absolute perfection. Not once, did I need to tell her softer or harder and I have a severely broken foot i had surgery on 6wks ago. Every move she made, was made with my absolute comfort & relaxation in mind. Conversion was easy & relaxed, it felt like we've known them both for years. I would suggest that management consider Hailey's ideas in adding soundbath therapies. That would have made an incredible experience that much better. After our massage, I had a facial with Abby. She as well, listened to my needs and gave me the most spectacular & soothing facial with an equally easy & relaxed conversation. It felt wonderful to be taken care of to such a degree. The oxygenating fizzofoliant was so wonderfully bizarre that I purchased a bottle for myself. read more

To be honest not worth the price. We did the unwind pass which really was just 2 hours of sitting in small hot tubs (a cold, medium, and hot one) and a sauna. The sizes were so small that only one "group" could use it at a time (like literally 2-3 people). There is a woman's only side but since we were there as a husband/wife couple, we wouldn't access that side. Woman's steam room wasn't working. They say you get a "complimentary" drink but there's nothing complimentary about it when it was $150 per person for 2 hours of hot tub time. You might as well just get the $210 massage and then get access to the same amenities. $60 difference which to me says they way overpricing their amenities. And then an automatic 20% gratuity (unless you ask to take it off) ... and for what with the pass ? Honestly save your money if you're at Suncadia and just go to the fitness center where you can have a pool hot tub sauna and steam room for free (and pretty private on a weekday). Just do not get the unwind pass. So not worth it. read more

Overpriced and the steam room was broken. Then they asked for a tip for giving us robes...?

Always recommend Glade Springs! It's such a special place; add a stay @ Suncadia and "win win". Great for girls day, romantic time with significant other (they do offer co-ed area with hot tub fireplace and relaxation outdoor area.) We loved watching the snow come down while sipping tea (but they do offer some alcohol options). Staff very professional and kind and they hire fantastic therapists for services. read more

The services here are great. A massage with Candace or a facial with Lisa is absolutely the right love. They just redid the locker room and were really on top of service today. They use Eminence Organic Skincare products which leave me feeling so rejuvenated. They also have some smaller soaking tubs, many lounge spaces both in and outside, and some cute gifts at the front of the store. I agree with other reviews that a day pass without a treatment wouldn't be worth it. But if you're here for a service, you can enjoy the day! read more

Considering what they charge for services, I was expecting to be blown away. Unfortunately, this is the most poorly maintained spa I have ever been to. The staff are extremely burned out. There is broken furniture, stained floors, and black mold in the showers and even on the curtains. There were some groups of women that were clearly over served alcohol - if you are going to promote wellness, I would recommend not over serving your guests. This spa is not worth anyone's money. At all. I hope they consider some much needed updates and remodels to remove the mold issues. Absolutely disappointing. Will never consider going here again. The unfortunate thing is that my massage was very nice and Candace was a great therapist. But the other amenities absolutely do not meet the basic standards for a clean, safe spa experience. Do better Glade Spring. read more

This place is like a temple for relaxation. When you enter they show you the locker rooms with a wall lined with robes and towels. Then you can wait in one of the two outdoor hot tub areas. I checked out the co-ed side which was the most popular because it was the sunny side of the building. Too many people, the water was murky, and bugs were there. I then went to the side with the sauna room and I was all alone to enjoy the hot tub and lounge chairs so I would say this is the introverts side because I was blissfully left alone. 15 mins before my appointment I went inside to the meditation area to sign in and chill with a cup of tea. It looks like a library or designer show room with gigantic walls and you can sit on couches and lounge chairs. I chose the big, plush bean bag near the windows. When my masseuse got me, he asked me if I wanted a massage that fixes things or one that relaxes you (more eloquently of course) and I said I wanted to be lulled to sleep. Really wished I'd come here earlier because if you have an appointment, you can spend hours there. I'm definitely coming back. read more

Unfortunately, not as nice a spa as it used to be. Locker room is not being kept clean- leaves and dirt on floors, steam spa and showers need a good deep cleaning. Also, until they ban cell phones I will not be back. I go to the spa to relax- NOT to listen to people watch Tic Tok and talk on the phone at full volume. Most spas have banned cell phones for a reason. read more

Services are good, but prices are going up and facilities are going down. I've been coming here for nearly a decade and have watched the quality decline every year. You used to be able to purchase a day pass for a reasonable price and stay all day, now it's over $100 for a 2hr day pass. They used to have delicious food you could order. Now, the prices are high, the portions are small, and the food quality is significantly reduced. I arrived at 8:45am, shortly after they opened, and the lockers were already dirty, the showers and shower curtains were dirty with gross substances on them, and there was a bandaid on the edge of the hot tub. Almost like they hadn't cleaned at the end of the day the day prior. Additionally, the Eucalyptus spray in the steam room and the water bucket in the outside sauna were empty from the moment I arrived to when I left at 4pm. They started the day empty and were never refilled. One shower and the cold plunge were out of service. In the past, locals would get a 20% discount. Now, locals get a 10% discount and only on Tuesdays. The staff are nice and the hydrafacial I received was wonderful. I just wish the quality of the facility and auxiliary services would improve and meet the standards they've delivered on in prior years. read more

Definitely bring a suit and enjoy the salt soaks before and after your treatment. Amazing atmosphere.

I booked my boyfriend and I massages and upon arrival, was told their system "couldn't find us". The did finally "find" us, but was scheduled for days later, when we wouldn't be here. I was a little upset already at having to spend $250 per massage anyway but when I had to argue to get my deposit back, i had enough. I don't usually give bad reviews, as I know sometimes things happen, but this place is garbage. Do not spend your hard earned money here. They don't honor your reservations. read more

The services are always amazing at Glade Spring Spa. The staff is so kind and truly experts in their craft. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I wish that the locker rooms and the soaks matched the quality staff. The locker rooms are very outdated and need a facelift to warrant the prices they currently charge. read more

Too expensive for too little service. 2 hot tub, both of the size of your car. In the lounge , only Water is free. But it costs $90 per person? No thanks, probably a jacuzzi backyard is better option read more

We have had nothing but great experiences at the Glade Spring Spa at Suncadia. It's a great space that gives you an opportunity to really relax, in if all places, Cle Elum, the same town where there's an old frontier bar with a water running spitoon. The appointment we had was nice with time to enjoy the various temperatures outdoors spas and take in some cold cucumber water, while enjoying big comfortable robes. The massages were terrific and I've had an opportunity to receive massages from a number of great spas, we were not disappointed. I did have a chance to read some of the reviews on here and they read kind of like a whiner's guide to Suncadia, but not the experience that I had. It isn't a cheap or even an affordable place to spend time, but it is enjoyable and has some great amenities, particularly for Cle Elum. read more

It is hard to put into words just how amazing my experience was in the past few days. I waited rather than posting immediate but my feelings remain the same! If you are lucky enough to have the hands of Lexi provide your treatment you are in for an amazing experience! I literally fell asleep in the last few minutes of my body scrub and wrap due to the fact she had me that relaxed. I regularly receive treatment on a monthly basis and have for many years, however, none truly compare to the care and expertise which I received fromLexi! read more

A really, really awful place. Truly shocking how terrible they treat customers. Let me explain: I made an appointment for my 6-month pregnant wife to get a massage on her birthday, and when she showed up they refused to honor the reservation. Apparently you need to be certified to give a pregnant person a massage. Whatever, I'm annoyed but no big deal, but if there are restrictions for getting a massage, they need to be communicated while making the appointment. The biggest issue - and why I'm so pissed - is that they refused to do anything to rectify the situation! They refused to rebook during our stay at the resort and didn't off any type of credit for the screw up. Even more frustrating: if I canceled last-minute, I'd owe 50% of the cost! But when they cancel last-minute, nothing. Screw this place and the people that run it. I'm still in shock of how they treated a pregnant woman on her birthday. Really, really scummy. I really encourage people to spend their money someplace else. read more

I'm giving the spa two stars only because of my experience, first and only visit so far, on 10/20/18. I am aware that my experience coincides with some other things impacting the fintioning of the spa but that's not an excuse in my mind. So turns out the kitchen caught fire at the suncadia lodge earlier in the week. The Lodge supplies all of food for the spa which normally you can order in. I had planned to visit the spa all day long and order some food for lunch but when I arrived they said it's not and option at all because of the kitchen fire. What frustrates me is that they did give a reminder call about my spa service and could have mentioned something about bringing my own food or snacks but they didn't. I couldn't stay the whole day simply because I would have gotten to be starving. In talking to other guests they were equally frustrated that there were no snacks provided or food brought in for purchase given the circumstances. Ok, the spa is beautiful and the environment is so serene. With the fall colors on the tree the outside pools were so relaxing. My facial was pretty good and gentle. The other complaints: they really need some signage about how things work. The dry saunas were so cool and i finally asked and the lady said you've got to turn this little knob to turn the heat on with a timer - um.....how would I know that. I don't go around touching unlabeled knobs on a sauna! The steam sauna (inside) smelled disgusting like mildew. There was rusty/pink (mildew)visible. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I'm glad I had a gift card because I'd have been really frustrated if I'd have paid full price. I think I would be open to giving the Spa a second chance, because the environment is just so pretty and there is potential but they were off their game when I visited. read more

I don't write many reviews, but honestly this spa needs help. To be fair I did tell the hotel manager of these problems and they did give us some money back. I hope they change things around quickly. This could be a destination spa if they put some money, time, and love into it. The landscaping in the soaking pool areas is not good, weeds as big as I am were everywhere. I wanted to weed and clean all the brush the whole time I was out there trying to relax. There was a dead tree. The landscaping and ambience needs to be on point in places like this because it's what people are looking at as they relax. The soaking pools themselves needed some maintenance, one of the pool grates was lose and I almost slipped in it. The pond area was green with algae and gross, the water features were broken. The cold water pool was down for maintenance issues, but when your paying 350 dollars for the whole spa experience you want to know about these things ahead of time. The bathroom was nice but there were some tiles that were falling off. The staff was friendly but not helpful. When we mentioned the landscaping issue they didn't really know what to say. Also, the water stations were in weird places, you typically want quick access to water by the pools, sauna, and steam room they were not in convenient places. We had our massages and my wife had requested deep tissue and she did not receive a deep issue message. I am not sure if that was a booking mistake or the therapist she got doesn't do deep massage. She was very sweet though. My massage was good, Seda is a good message therapist. I would recommend seeing her she did a great firm massage for me. Overall, it's all the little things that added up. Devil is always in the details. I think with some TLC this spa could live up to its former glory. read more

Not worth it. The hot tubs had slimy leaves piled up inside and the temperature fluctuated from lukewarm to a little warmer. The landscaping not was well kept. I got the RAD massage and they used one of those rollers on me (disappointing). I would not say I got "stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage". I was looking forward to some cucumber water or lemon water but it was only water nothing special. In the end we spent $520 got two massages and won't be returning to this Suncadia tourist trap. read more

I'm disappointed in the experience at this very expensive spa. We purchased the spa pass and were not told that it came with a service when you purchased one. One of the pools was broken and we couldn't use it. The steam room smelled like mold and we could not use that either. Front desk staff was nice but needs better training on how to communicate with guests. We told the desk of the our concerns and they seemed to not care very much. For the price, this should have been a five star experience. Three stars because the staff was nice and our friend got a massage, which she loved. The massage was 50 minutes and about $245 with tip. read more

The Glade Spa is really nice, don't get me wrong. I really enjoyed my facial and did not feel like the lady was trying to upsell me on any products and that was a first. There is a minimum that you have to spend to enjoy the spa all day (hot tubs, steam rooms etc..). I also got a manicure, the lady who painted my nails was super sweet, but the manicure was nothing fancy, just polish and there were no upgrades to shellac or acrylics which I thought was strange. I am docking a star because they charged my room for the services (did not give me an option to pay when I left) meaning they tacked on their own tip.... read more

Booked just a day pass for our anniversary, as there was no availability for body treatments. No private changing rooms, no private showers (it's like the YMCA with stalls and curtains). There was mold in the shower. No wash cloths or hand towels. The robes were ripped and falling apart - I should have taken a photo of that. I can't believe they were still handing them out. Of the three outdoor "co-ed" pools, one was drained, the other two appeared to be the same temperature. There was a tea bar as well as a water bar. Water didn't have citrus, cucumber or anything in it. Call me funny but when I'm used to the world-class service Coeur d'Alene Casino's Spa Ssakwa'q'n provides for a lot less money, it's worth the drive and making a weekend out of it. We will never waste our money coming here again! read more

I loved it here. I was all about relaxing and laughing! The reason here isn't a five start is because it was about relaxing and enjoying yourself but we had 11 ppl and we were all together so sometimes it did get a little loud, however we still had fun! I didn't have the food! We had the Roae and champagne and if I had to do it all over again we would only have Rose! It was great flavor! The salt water pools are outside and it was amazinnnnnng! I enjoyed my self outside most of the time! Especially since there was three different ones there was plenty of room for the whole bride tribe! The coed side was way more fun since it was nice to just relax! The eucalyptus room was amazinnnnnng however it was very HOTT really fast so I didn't stay but 10mins at a time tops! There was refreshing cucumber water and delicious varieties of team and seeds which went great with the tea! The loveseats were large bean bags (4qty) in each of the rooms with normal seats of coarse but a nap would be perfect in here, some people read! I loved it! To quite for me though! The coed salt baths were the spot to be! It was fun, relaxing! After the first waive of girls we all ended up in the cedar sauna room which was perfect to end before my time with Shannon getting my pedi! Thanks to Shannon I had a great coffee and coconut scrub in addition to relaxing and laughing the whole time! Thanks everyone for a great time! FYI; love the neck warmer with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and more in it! Wow #need read more

Such a top notch spa! I had a lovely first time experience, here. The only reason for not giving five stars is because I didn't receive any special treatments, such as massage, facial, manicure, or pedicure. When I come back I'll be sure to book a massage. Coming here is such a treat! It is completely relaxing from start to finish, just walking through the front doors your transported to a stress free atmosphere. You'll notice tranquil music playing throughout, along with cucumber water, and various assortments of make your own hot tea. Lockers are available in dressing rooms. The women's dressing room has its own access to a dry hot sauna, a salt spring, and an indoor eucalyptus steam room. There are also coed saunas and salt springs available. Food and beverages are available to order, including alcohol. You can't beat coming here during a weekday, for a day pass. It'll only cost ya $65, what a steal! read more

Summer tip for the salt soaking pools: to avoid sitting in full sun, best time to soak is before noon or so.

This was my first visit to Glade Springs and I was drawn by the natural hot mineral springs spa. The location is breathtaking and the spa itself is spacious, warm, and very clean! Yes, I have a thing about uncleanliness at spas...I will immediately walk out of any spa that looks as if it's just one large petri dish. Glade Spring was immaculate! As I arrived about 90 months before my facial appointment, I wanted to enjoy all the amenities available. In the co-ed area, there are three mineral spring spas, each at a different temperature. Sorta like Goldilocks, they went hot, hotter, and hottest. The hot one was perfect for me, I'm rather sensitive to heat. Incredibly relaxing and soothing. There's also a sauna available. After the mineral springs I took a shower to cool off and then went into the women's area that has it's own mineral spring and sauna. After a quick dip, I went into the women's locker room where there's an eucalyptus sauna (sorry fellas, don't know if you have one in your locker room). Then I was ready for my facial. I opted for a 50 min nourishing facial with an additional 20 minutes added for a hair and scalp quench. Patty was my facialist and she's amazing! Did I mention I have sensitive skin? She listened to me about my concerns, asked questions, and adjusted the facial so it wouldn't irritate my skin. She is amazing!! I splurged and added on the hair and scalp quench, which was heavenly. TIP: Make an appointment beforehand. On the day I went, Patty was the only facialist there. Fortunately I had made my appointment earlier in the week. As well, it's a little on the pricy side. My facial plus scalp quench was $180. I did take away one star as I had no idea there was a sanctuary portion of the facility. Maybe the person who took me to the women's area thought I knew about it, but I didn't find it until after my facial. Would have loved to spend some time in the sanctuary and sip some tea. Tip to staff, please take a couple minutes and introduce the client to the spa. Overall it was a fabulous afternoon and my skin never looked better. If you're staying at Suncadia, make an appointment! read more

The massage I received was excellent; however the services within the spa were cramped, too crowded and almost like a gym spa. The staff were not friendly and relatively absent or off put by the guests. The lady who checked me out tried to add a 45% gratuity to my check out, after I told her 20%. When I questioned the amount she changed the total abruptly. It really felt like she was trying to scam me. Overall it was not worth the amount of money I paid and will not be back. read more

Would not recommend 2 hour spa pass! I paid $115 for 2 hour spa pass at the resort and overall experience definitely isn't worth anywhere close to half of the cost. Here are my why's - minerals pools are so small ( like other reviewers mentioned like a size of a sedan car). It can barely fit 5-6ppl max.. (note, with 6 ppl. That's literally skin touching one and another close proximity). I was hoping for a large decent size pool so I can relax and enjoy self care time without feeling awkward in sitting 2-3 inches away from a couple enjoying their vacation and one on one time. - there are only 2 mineral pools on the co-ed area. Again, 2 small pools. - was told water temperature is about 100-103 deg. It definitely wasn't pass 100 when I visited 2 days ago.. it feels like a warmer than luke warm temperature and definitely a temperature a young child would be able to endure. I was told the mineral pool are mimic of hotspring. Based on my experience of hotspring up art BC Harrison and in steamboat spring CO. This pool is nothing like a hotspring experience, more like a jacuzzi without the jet. - women's only area has another 1 small pool.( Again, all 3 pool are small in size and same temperature in water). Overall, pool are just small.. I can't imagine more than 15 ppl. Total on site using the facility at once. - women's stage locker door panel literally fallen off the hinge - shower. I used 1 of the 3 shower stall, one in the middle. Water doesn't come out of upper faucet and only comes out of rainfall spout... I wanted extra strong pressure on my back from the spout and couldn't get it to work at all. - cost of $115 included 1 glass of beverage so I had a red. For $115, I really wanted to stay for 2 hours and feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.. instead, I feel overly crowded, uncomfortable, and waste of money spent. read more

Had a really nice experience at Glade Spring Spa this morning. Even though they are super busy, they found a time for me to have my first ever facial with Carrie.... so many impurities in this 57 year old face to blast out of there with that fancy water machine. We have been coming to Suncadia for years and I always tell friends that the spa is the best part- especially in summer when you can enjoy the outdoor amenities. This last time was no exception. One of the best hotel spas I have ever visited. My kids had the youth pedi yesterday and I had the wine crush mani/pedi today. Service was impeccable with courteous down to earth staff. The youth services don't include access to the spa but they are up front about this policy. Adult services over a certain time (1 hour?) include all day access to the spa. I enjoyed a soak in the women's only mineral hot tub (coed pool also available, clothing required at both) and the steam and dry sauna. They have showers, robes, towels, and slippers. While I waited for my appointment, I sampled the loose leaf tea, almonds and dried fruit in the waiting room. It was not very crowded on Memorial Day Weekend and the atmosphere was serene. They have a few types of mani/pedis. Mine included paraffin and a glass of wine. I loved the booties that go on over the paraffin wrap and warm neck wrap. Service prices are comparable to other resort spas so it can be pricy but is so worth it. Keep up the great work Glade Spring Spa! read more

Had a great day here. My therapist, Paige, was excellent. The locker room had all the amenities (blow driers, brushes, towels, lotion, etc). The staff was attentive but not in a way the disturbed the peacefulness of the environment. It did appear they're remodeling some of the pools. One looked fantastic, one was closed and one looked next in line. I imagine when they're done, it'll be really nice. We did come across a couple towels that we're a little worse for wear and it would have been nice to have some facial skin care products available for use. read more

I am not one who reviews often. I have to admit I was really looking forward to my massage and was pretty disappointed. I don't know if the therapist was rushed and pressed for time but the massage felt like that. I was looking forward to relaxing and just letting some stress go and instead felt as if the therapist wanted to get it over with. The ladies that "checked" me in..and out were more interested in whomever they were speaking to on the phone than anything else. The spa advertises that you can order food or drinks but I can honestly say I don't know if that was even possible. I am willing to pay for a service but in this case the cost was nowhere near what it was worth. read more

This place is such a rip off. If you advertise it online for $25 for a day pass you should honor it.
