I heard about this place from a friend and they also claiming to be the fastest zipline in Alaska. The main place is clean and as long with the restroom. You can also pick up get some food, snacks or souvenirs inside.
We did the zipline adventures, check-in was really easy and the staff were friendly. The 2 female zip-lining staff were informative about every piece of the adventure to ensure we were in safe hands. They also informed us about the 4th of July car launch, which I now what to check out.
The Nitro, which is the warm up zipline, is one at a time, becareful the stairs going up sways, which enhances your fear/adrenaline about the the zipline. Don't forget to cannonball your legs if you want to go faster!
The G2, which the 2nd zipline, this one is a race side by side. Apparently you could go up to 65MPH on this one, they should add those speed radar, to make it a little more fun. But this one gives you an epic view of the landscape.
So here is my only gripe, they were charging $32 for pizza or "garlic cheesy breadstick". We ordered the "garlic cheesy breadstick", and the strange thing was that there was marinara sauce already on it, like underneath the cheese. I have never had cheese stick with marinara already in it. I shrugged it off and maybe it was their style. So when I asked for a box to go, I was handed a Kirkland Signature box. Sigh. I felt a little bamboozled.
But overall awesome experience with the zip-line, I would definitely go again and even check out the car launch! read more
