By far the best restaurant in town for food, service, value, and people watching. I ate at most…read morerestaurants in town and found that 2 had better food, they were 2-3x more expensive. Not a place for complex mixed drinks. But definitely the place to take the family for breakfast, and in my opinion lunch. The fish was cooked perfectly, but the fish itself was unexceptional. But this was the only burger that was properly cooked of the 4 I tried in town. I can't say enough about the staff. Kilmore was the only place that was faster, but that is a different level of experience. I oddly caught attitude from both the most expensive and least expensive restaurants, and I'm not a picky customer. Finally, costs. I wouldn't call anything in Waterton reasonably priced, but Zum's was a price performer. Definitely try it when you are in town.

Even chatted with the owner about smoking meats and you can see the passion from someone who enjoys what they do. I recommend anyone to come in and try their bbq.
