His ability to problem solve was a life saver as he helped saved us money and time. Him and his crew triple checked with us to make sure the placement of the tiles were what we wanted. Jay's crew was always on time and worked above and beyond for us. The end product of their work exceeded my expectations. Whoever works with Jay and his team are fortunate to have them as its almost impossible to find professional, honest and reasonable workers on the island! Mark was diligent to get the sink mounted perfectly centered and secured it much better than the original. He had to redo the plumbing, which is shared with the dishwasher. This unavoidably interfered with the built-in drawer in the bottom of the cabinet. To resolve that, he did a beautiful, professional job modifying the drawer to fix the clearance issue. We also had a bathroom sink that wasn't draining well. He jumped on that, which was a big help as it was more complex than the usual clogged bathroom sink. I often do those myself, but it was much better to have a professional take care of this one. At every point, he was kind and helpful in explaining what he was doing and what we could do to avoid future issues. We learned a lot about the plumbing in our condo. He and his assistant left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

Barack plumbing installed my water heater exactly 2 years ago…read more beautiful installation, excellent 12 year warranty on the Rheem Gladiator heater. this week I shut off the valve leading to the heater while we worked in the bathroom. the first fitting from the valve started dripping immediately. water sensor alarms go off, we call Barack and they respond. they fixed the leak and gave me a discount off the regular service charge even though the warranty on their work was 1 year.
