Service Technicians, Allen and Garrett, arrived at our home on time, and immediately honed in on what was causing the electrical outlet problem inside our home. Allen found 2 electric outlets on our lanai that were completely corroded due to the recent storm. Upon cleaning out and completely replacing the corroded outlets, the power to the previously non- functioning outlets inside our home became fully restored. Allen and Garrett then installed outlet covers to protect the outlets on our lanai from the same corrosion problem happening again in the future. Last but not least, Allen addressed our downed internet service. He installed a new router we provided him, and got our internet service back up and running. Yay! Bill came to help, he went to the attic, examined the wires and found a quick solution to my problem. We wired another wire to the fan that was working to the one that was not and had one switch operate both! Problem fixed!
