Giza Roofing did a great job on our new roof. We contacted a few roofers and got some really high quotes for the same materials used by Giza. Not only was the quote less, the work was superior. Our neighbor had their roof replaced a couple of months ago and I was really dreading it, because their contractor took more than a week - constant banging and noise. Giza came out and removed the old roof and prepped for the new one in less than 8 hours. Great crew! They made sure to cover all the areas around the house, so no debris would damage the plants or pool. They even had a tarp on the driveway - under the dumpster. After the inspector came, they were out there the next day to put the new shingles on. I was expecting it to take a long time, but they were done in less than 8 hours - including a lunch break. We are so pleased with our new roof installed by Giza Roofing! Peter returned my husband's call quickly and scheduled a consultation within several days. He was prompt, knowledgible and no "high pressure sales pitch." Shingles had to be ordered but once they were received, Peter called on a Friday stating work would be begin Monday morning around 7:30. Workers were here 15 minutes prior to and quickly went to work. Tarps were laid all around the house to catch the debris. Demo was done within eight hours. The next day the roof was inspected and the following day the shingles were installed. Peter called to follow up and asked if we had any questions or concerns. The owner, Peter, got back to me immediately with a fair and competitive anticipated price for repairs, while letting me know that it could be slightly more once they opened up the roof. His crew showed up on time, worked all day and Peter came by several times throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. They did end up finding a bit more damage than expected, but texted me pics throughout the progress so I could see what they were doing. The additional amount was minimal and very fair, especially considering the amount of work they did and the number of hours they were at the house.
