I will first begin with my own experience. I live in Kannapolis and at the address where I am a tenant there has been no pickup for three days for a scheduled routine pickup. The business has been called numerous times by the homeowner and everyone except a lady I am thinking her name was "Patti" was extremely rude and not helpful with going the extra distance and reaching out and taking a number for a callback explaining why on the street I live, the trash was intentionally avoided. I know this because I was driving into the neighborhood on Tuesday, the day after the scheduled pickup on Labor Day and I PASSED the Waste Pro truck. This is disgusting to INTENTIONALLY AVOID an entire street in a neighborhood for something that deals with sanitation. Waste pro and its drivers need to be held accountable for their poor service for EVERY COMMUNITY THAT THEY SERVE!!! Overall, they have a terrible reputation in the states that they service. I am now attaching the information about the company that I found online through research using AI. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE BY USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Waste Pro Issues
Waste Pro is widely criticized for a combination of poor management, unreliable service, and a toxic work environment. Employees consistently report that management is incompetent, corrupt, and unresponsive, often making decisions based on personal feelings rather than established procedures.
This leads to a chaotic work environment with constantly changing job requirements, a lack of clear priorities, and a culture where employees are frequently blamed for issues beyond their control.
Management is accused of being out of touch, disrespectful, and even threatening, with some employees alleging that supervisors have engaged in violent behavior or blackmail.
The company is also criticized for poor employee treatment, including low pay, long hours, and a lack of proper training or support.
The operational issues extend to the vehicles and equipment, which are frequently reported to be in poor condition, with trucks breaking down regularly due to inadequate maintenance.
This results in drivers being forced to work overtime, sometimes illegally, to meet schedules, and being held accountable for issues caused by faulty equipment.
The company's failure to maintain its fleet is compounded by a lack of investment in basic repairs and supplies, such as oil pumps or fans, despite having significant financial resources.
Customer service is also a major point of contention. Numerous customers report missed pickups, incomplete collections, and unresponsive customer service, with some stating they waited over an hour on hold to be assisted.
Complaints are common regarding the company's failure to fulfill its contractual obligations, leading to fines from municipalities like Palm Coast, Florida, where Waste Pro accumulated over $112,500 in fines since 2018 for poor service.
In some areas, such as Asheville, North Carolina, customers have accused the company of overcharging and failing to properly recycle, with some alleging that the company engages in "greenwashing".
The company's monopoly in certain regions, often due to city contracts, is seen as a key reason for its lack of incentive to improve service.
