The owner is incredibly pleasant and easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable and welcome right away and you can tell she really cares about her work. Nothing feels rushed or transactional. The salon itself is super clean, modern, and just has a really good vibe overall. Everything feels well-kept and professional. What I loved most about Nancy's work the first time was that I literally cried my eyes out at my sister's wedding, and I remember thinking my make up was absolutely ruined, and when I looked in the mirror I had never looked better. The make up stayed Until the next day. The second thing that I loved most about Nancy's work is that she has experience working with little to no eyebrow hair and drawing on eyebrows. She really took time to take care of the areas that needed the most attention - and helped release trigger points I never knew existed but that were certainly causing referred pain and tightness.
