This is an OK hotel with amenities that one would expect these days -- free wifi, TV, in-room…read morefridge and safe, and an on-site restaurant. Everything was clean. The on-site restaurant is average (by American standards).
The staff here is very polite and accommodating, even with the language barrier. (I tried to learn some conversational Italian in the days leading up to this vacation, and I'm thankful that most of the locals took mercy on me.)
If there is any main reason to stay here, it is the location. Right across the street is the Basilica of Saint Anthony of Padua, a beautiful historic landmark. Right around the corner is a large square with a variety of peddlers. The small town itself is a feast for tourists who desire peace and quiet.
Note: There is no on-site laundry service. Though I was told of a laundromat within a five-minute walk, I never found it.
