Providing a standard abdominal exam with every well child exam, he never seemed to pick up a tumor the size of an orange on his adrenal gland on top of the kidney of a very skinny boy. When his mom noted his loss of weight and pallor color and slight limp, she brought him back to the almighty Dr. Healey, pediatrician, psychiatrist, cardiologist, urologist, orthopedist-- you name it, he did it. After a months time he concluded that my grandson had juvenile arthritis because of the limp, after taking a hip x-ray showing an irregularity, no CT scan, no MRI. He then sent him to an orthopedic doctor in Syracuse who diagnosed the huge tumor on his adrenal gland as Neuroblastoma Stage IV high risk with metastasized tumors in his hip, pelvis, and lymph nodes. The metastasized tumor in his hip gsdvtitslly broken his hip! His own patient for six years and he never picked this up??? They said in Syracuse that he'd had this cancer for at least 2 1/2 years! My six year old little grandson died after suffering for 21 months. Thank you Dr. Healey. And he never called to express his sympathy to his patient's family who were all his patient's also, but no more .

Normally I assume when I go to a doctors office I'll get asked the same questions every time I visit, but Dr.Healey remembers important details from previous visits when I go to see him. If you need a doctor and can make an appointment with him, I'd recommend it. He is the best doctor I have seen in the area, and I know for a fact he works hard to make sure health care in general improves in the area.

It got worse to the point it was throbbing all night, preventing me from sleeping. And there are only so many pain pills we can safrly take. I contacted Dr. Li's office, based on my prior good experiences with them, and they had me in the very next day. Amazing. Dr. Li diagnosed that I had an infection, set me up with antibiotics and gave me the option of extracting the bad tooth or a root canal. Normally the term "root canal" would scare me, but I am confident in Dr. Dong Li's work and do not expect it to be unpleasant at all. The absolute best dentist I have ever had.

After speaking with the very friendly and informative intake counselor I could tell immediately that they were serious about helping people as opposed to some of the other centers I spoke with. They took her in and provided her with a great counselor who was able to provide one on one personal sessions that were attentive to her individual needs. Very friendly and comforting environment. Having the detox right on the property with registered nurses on site 24 hours as well as a doctor in as needed was VERY reassuring. I felt as though she was getting the best care possible. When I picked my sister up she looked like a completely new person and has been clean and sober since! She still attends out patient treatment with the same counselor on a weekly basis and has not relapsed. I don't think this would have been possible without the high quality and more importantly genuine care of the treatment center. I have always been terrified of doctors, so I just never went. Back in July 2018 that had to change…read morethough. I went to the ER after stupidly spending 3 days with heart palpitations. Come to find out, it was caused by thyriod problems and only made worse by the anxiety produced by an underactive thyroid. The hospital set me up with Alicia Flint's practice in Colton and I was TERRIFIED to go see her. But she was very nice, helpful, understanding, and non-judgemental. She also understood that I had issues with health insurance and was willing to do my follow up visits over the phone while we got my prescription figured out so that I wouldn't have to pay for a proper visit. Overall, the atmosphere was very friendly and she wad very laid back and casual but still professional. I didn't feel as though she was talking down to me as I feared I might. Definitely a good experience, even for someone with sever social anxiety like myself.
