There are 2 Giovanni L's in the Flensburg Galerie one as you walk in and another on the third floor, the experience I will be describing happened at the location on the third floor. It was around dinner time when I walked past Giovanni L and decided that I could go for an ice cream. There was a tall blond haired lady behind the counter and another black haired hostess working. Both women were extremely rude and even hesitated serving my sisters and I prior to me showing her that I had money. After ordering my ice cream, I sat down at one of the many empty tables while I waited for the rest of my family to order and to see if I would order anything else off the menu. The hostess doesn't waste any time coming over and telling me that I cannot sit at the table under any circumstances and basically kicks me out of a -and I can't emphasize this enough- COMPLETELY EMPTY restaurant. I paid for what my family and I ordered and then left immediately. My little sister later told me that the hostess continued to shoot rude looks at us while we went down the escalators. I will never be coming here again and neither should anyone else unless you want to be disrespected and eat mediocre ice cream. If I could rate this establishment negative stars, I would. read more
