The staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I recommend getting a reservation, if you go for dinner. We went for lunch and it is the same menu as dinner. I ordered a local Dunkel beer and the currywurst sausage plate with spicy fruit sauce and a side salad. It was probably the best currywurst I have ever tasted. Even the side salad was carefully assembled with a nice dressing. My husband ordered the breaded and stuffed chicken with spinach and it was also very good. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. They also have menus in English, which was very helpful. We would comeback again. Thank you.

The muesli was excellent. It was served with quark, milk, and dried and fresh fruit. I'd never tried quark before, but it sure does beat the traditional American yogurt! My hubby got the big breakfast. I had some of his bread with the jam and it was divine. Service was friendly and spoke English.

I ordered a local German red wine to start. They also allow you to order small portions of the entrée items on their menu; so you can sample this or that. I took full advantage by ordering the spinach knoddel and the meatballs. My husband ordered the goulash. Our friends ordered the local soup and pizza. We enjoyed everything, though the meatballs were definitely our favorite. We also tried the cream pie made with local fruit. It was so good. The cream was light and yummy.
