Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. A few days before my scheduled cleaning, while I was out of town, the owner contacted me and said she had concerns because previous customers had not paid for services. Although we had already agreed on the payment terms when the appointment was booked, she then requested my full name, phone number and a credit card to hold the appointment. I suggested that she send me a photo halfway through the cleaning and I would send payment at that time. She declined and canceled my scheduled appointment. I understand that businesses have the right to establish policies to protect themselves. However, those policies should be communicated before accepting a booking--not a month later, just days before the scheduled service. Changing the requirements at the last minute and canceling the appointment left me scrambling to find another cleaning service before returning home from vacation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on my experience and would advise finding another cleaning service for your needs.

I received an email regarding this cleaning a day later, asking for $60 more because the cleaner spent an additional 10 minutes beyond the quote. The email stated that she spent a "considerable" amount of time in the bathrooms, almost insinuating it was so dirty it took longer. My home is not dirty, I maintain a clean place and the reason I called the cleaner is because it's hard to get into the deep cleaning details (dusting, cleaning behind toilets, etc.) which is what most people call the cleaner for. I would not have complained about the job the cleaner did, but several spots were missed in different areas and to come back asking for $60 more and pin it on the extra time taken in a certain area left a very bad taste in my mouth. They didn't even do the dishes in the sink or wash any linens (the quote said 3 linen changes included...don't know if I was supposed to lay them out but the cleaner did not speak English which is fine, I just had no idea). Even still, 10 minutes is not worth $60, especially on a $145 quote for 2.5-3.5 hours. I will shop around again in the future after my follow-up experience. Edit: The owner called me within an hour of this review to apologize and assure me that this is not protocol for the business. The call was prompt, professional and thoughtful. They offered to redo the cleaning for free and I declined as I was not dissatisfied with the job but the aftermath. As a customer, I really appreciate this humility and action from the company.
