The Service: This is really the story of this restaurant: THE BEST SERVICE I have had in germany... out of any of my trips... attentive and quick to respond. Very friendly and willing to suggest and show excitement about their restaurant... this is something special... The Food: Their speciality is woodfire grilled pizza and you could smell the fire the moment you came in... it made my mouth water. The pizza crust was thin and well cooked. The ingredients were flavorful and delicious. The Diavalo Pizza was hot but not so hot that you couldnt eat it like some.. They have a very good beer and wine list for me. But I cannot stop thinking about the Frutti del Mare salad we ordered... the seafood was VERY fresh and you could tell that this salad was hand mixed with fine ingredients and prepared for us. Many times it seems that you get a "scoop out of a pot" but this was very well done. Today we had an extremely pleasant surprise. We wanted to order 3 Pizzas to go and since they had 4 that hadn't been picked up but were still very fresh, they just gave them to us !! That was very a generous and pleasant present and we were pleased to see that they care about customers and sustainability.
