Pad Thai on the car side.

Very yummy. I had the tom yum shrimp soup, tried a couple of noodle dishes, and the mango sticky rice. Most people order to-go. But the service is amazing and the food delicious. This restaurant is on the more on the elegant side so it is perfect for a date. Even the music playing is more elegant. Give this place a try. It's a cute secret weapon spot.

This used to be a five-star for me. I had to lower my rating because I think the ownership changed hands, and the quality just went downhill quick. The sticky rice that came with the mango is now just a big ball of mush. There's no chew anymore, no more texture. The fried rice went downhill as well. It's mushy now, doesn't have any texture to it or separation. I feel like it's also way overcooked. When I took those photos earlier this year, I think they were at their Peak. But ever since then, I just cannot go back to this place again. The only reason why I still gave this place three stars, and probably the only reason why I would ever come into Ginger Thai now is because they're Thai iced tea is still one of the best around. So maybe just for a quick stop, take out order of one Thai iced tea to go? Is it worth it? Take it or leave it, you'll have to experience it for yourself. But honestly, I found a new Thai spot closeby that's 10 times better than what this place was even at its peak.

All the food was delicious, it was good portioning and satisfying. The service is quick and the staff are all very kind and friendly. Ambiance is also casual and the place is very bright and pretty - enjoyable whether for a sit-down meal or for drinks. I'd come here all the time if I could, left all cleared plates. Also clean bathroom!

Service was friendly both times and the food came out surprisingly fast. I ordered the pad kee mao with extra chicken (only added extra chicken on my second visit) and overall thought it was very good. The chicken honestly stood out the most to me because it was actually tender and soft instead of rubbery or overcooked like you sometimes get from other Thai restaurants (especially "hole-in-the-wall" places). The noodles had a really nice texture too. Soft without being mushy, and the whole dish tasted fresh and flavorful throughout with no bland bites. The vegetables were cooked well and still had a bit of crispness to them, especially the carrots, bell peppers, onions, and string beans. Everything tasted fragrant and balanced with a light tanginess from the basil. I also appreciated that the dish wasn't greasy or overly oily, which can easily happen with drunken noodles. I got the mango iced tea at 25% sweetness and thought it was great. Refreshing and not overpoweringly sweet. My only small complaint is that the portion felt a little smaller the second time I came, even after adding extra chicken, and in general, the menu leans a bit pricey. Still, the quality of the ingredients and the consistency between visits makes up for a lot of that. Overall, really solid Thai food with fresh flavors and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd keep coming back to.

First time visit for a friend birthday. Was very excited to try this fusion restaurant…read more We opted for sharing dishes so we could all try a little bit of each entrée Shipping and grits: there were only three shrimp but I like the flavor just wish there were more shrimp. Dirty rice: I love dirty rice like from the south usually made with sausage so having it with ground beef, add a different flavor not better or worse just different. Okra: the fried okra was a very small portion with three of us to share. Garlic, green beans with tofu: this was a tasty side dish and there was definitely enough to share. Sticky mango rice: this was the dessert that we shared. I was full, but I still wanted to try it because I love sticky mango rice. I have never had it with the purple rice so that was a little different had more of a earthy flavor to it. The service was excellent. Our server was very pleasant. The ambience of the restaurant was very bright, colorful and definitely set the tone for a nice sitdown dinner with some friends. $$ :Overall it was a good experience. It is a little on the pricey end. I realize that eating out is a little bit more expensive these days however, some of the portions didn't seem to really reconcile the cost. Will definitely return with some friends and enjoy this truly unique diverse menu.

I used to be a regular here years ago, so when I was in the neighborhood I decided to stop in for a little nostalgia. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef and the chicken satay. The noodles were just as bold and flavorful as I remembered; chewy, packed with spice, and not shy about the heat if you ask for spicy. If you can't handle a serious kick, consider dialing it down. The beef was a letdown. It was so dry I couldn't finish it, and I immediately wished I had gone with chicken instead. The chicken satay, on the other hand, was tender and tasty, though the recipe seems a bit different than it used to be. Not quite the same magic I remember, but still a solid Thai spot that delivers real flavor and heat . A little classier than what the outside looks like. There aren't that many seats, however, the service is fast and the service is great. Our server was this older lady who relegated us to a 4 seat table vs a 6 seater. Once she saw our order amount though, she allowed us to attach another table to the 2 we occupied. We ordered family style and surprisingly, our group of 4 actually finished it with room to spare for mango sticky rice for dessert. We ordered drunkin noodle with chicken, crab fried rice, pork bbq, crying tiger beef, tom yum, panang beef, and devil noodle. Everything came out fantastic. The tom yum was dark and sour compared to other spots which are a little watered down. One of the boys liked it more than the other thai spots we frequent. The dipping sauce for the crying tiger and bbq pork matched perfectly. The panang beef paired well with the crab fried rice. And the mango sticky rice topped the meal off and kept our bellies full. We thought we were going to have food coma but luckily survived. Some of the boys didn't have dinner to say the least. We'll definitely come back here for the food and A/C.
