We just purchased a second home in NC. We live in AZ and so most of this has been done long distance which makes his good communication all the more vital! We had the entire wood floor sanded down and re-stained etc. Which left sawdust EVERY WHERE! We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring.
