I had a tumultuous car beginning in North Carolina. Long story short, I had three days before I began my new job here to lease a car. In NC, you can't have an uninsured car. You also can't get insurance for your car without an NC driver's license. This put me in a serious bind, as I had moved from out of state and didn't have a license when I went to go get my insurance. Josh was really great about all of this, starting my paperwork anyway while I ran around to get everything in order. And everything worked out totally fine--the process was much smoother in the end because of his cooperation. But it gets better! On my birthday, I was eligible for a lower insurance rate. Without me having to say boo, Josh emailed me and let me know that he had found a different insurance company with a much lower rate for me, and all I had to do was come in and sign the paperwork. It was a SIGNIFICANT discount. I even got to re-set up my direct deposit right there! As the very large cherry on top of the ice cream, I (inadvertently, so it was an even better surprise) referred someone to come to them for insurance. A bit later, I got a $5 Starbucks gift card in the mail as a thank you. A bit later than THAT... I got a $50 Target card in the mail for winning a separate drawing you get entered into as a result of that! Holy crap! Giant hats off to Josh and the rest of his family (yes, the business is family-owned, too). I never thought I would have active positive feelings toward any company containing the word "insurance."
