The office staff is efficient, so wait times are minimal. It's also very convenient to have bloodwork done on-site, with results usually available the next day. He's very responsive through the patient portal--often replying the same day.

Said something underneath her breath to a file clerk named Stacy and they both proceeded to laugh at me. I was 6 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to see me. I begged Grace to please ask Nurse Practitioner Kerri McDonald to reconsider seeing me and that is when she rolled her eyes as she stood to go speak to McDonald and her and Stacy had a good laugh at my expense. I told them I didn't feel that this was a laughing matter and Stacy the file clerk who obviously hates her job starting berating me telling me it wasn't any of my business what they were laughing at and that they can laugh at whatever they want. She wouldn't stop and I finally told her to shut up. At that moment she jumped out of her chair and proceeded to come after me and I really thought she was going to hop the desk and beat me. Grace at that very moment came back around the corner and Stacy stopped her self from jumping me but her mouth never stopped even as I walked out the door. I have written many complaints and hope that they shut this place down for good. There are no doctor's that are working in that office. I was told Dr Clarence Smith has been out on extended leave. Office Manager Karen Sorenson never returned my two phone calls that I left and the next day when I called the office to speak with her again, I was told by another woman who was rude that I would not be getting a return call. This is the worst place ever!

The receptionist failed to inform me that they are only in elkton on Mondays, so what do you think happened on my next visit? I show up at the elkton office . I called elkton and they were very apologetic and was able to get me in the Bel Air office with in an hour. Upon my arrival at the office everything went as normal I was called in the back after only waiting for 15 minutes, vital signs were taking and a bunch of standard questions. I had to wait to be seen by the PA, which wasn't a problem. I waited for 45 minutes only for him to enter the room in a disarray and act as if he didn't remember anything we discussed during my first visit. I thought that was one of the many reasons for computer documentation. Long story short. I ended up leaving the visit early and very upset. He left me in the room saying he'd be back. I could here him chatting a way with a male coworkers about something not pertaining to work as if I wasn't in the room waiting. Word of advice Dr. Lee, train your staff more effectively. You just lost me as a patient.
