Viewing was in a small room, which appeared to be the embalming room. The deceased was laid out on a metal stretcher and had on the same clothing at time of body pickup with a travel pillow behind his head. Several family members were shocked about the presentation of the deceased and disturbed about the way the viewing was conducted. It did not appear that our family member was given the level of care and respect that he deserved and made a difficult period ever more disheartening.

With no pressing need, I was slow to close on things, asking all manner of questions and reviewing options for almost a year. Through all that, Kimberly Jackson was thorough and extremely patient. She assured that I understood all the possibilities and never pressured me, either for more expensive options or for more rapid closure.
