I ordered a T-shirt and a sweatshirt through a pop-up shop set up with an organization I belong to…read moreset up. I received my items and found that the screen print on the front of the sweatshirt was slightly off center. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't deal with it, but this T-shirt was slanted lower on one side than the other. I contacted the business about the replacement, and they sent me a new T-shirt and it was worse. I contacted the business again, and the lack of professionalism from this Jackie person was unacceptable. Having sent several pictures of both shirts, this is the text message I received: Are you talking about the new one? I measured it after it was printed, and it was within 1/8 of an inch from the top of the seams to the O and the A in Oklahoma. Industry standard is within 1/4 of an inch. It is unreasonable to spend 10 minutes measuring each shirt to be exactly 100% centered before printing but we are very careful. I was surprised you reached out the first time and cannot tell at all in your pictures what is crooked and you stating it's hard to see I think proves my point. It is hard to tell in the photos. This is true but when I hold the shirt up, parallel with the ground or another flat object, you can clearly see the design is crooked. My response to her is as follows: I am talking about the new one. It is crooked. I held it up and it's slanted and that last picture is of the new shirt. The picture in the pink room is me wearing the shirt and you can see it's obviously not straight. In the next picture as in the last one the shirt is folded right at the armpit seams, and you can see the design is not even. If it is folded in the same place, then either the shirt is not sewn together correctly, or the design is off. Her last response: I don't know what to tell you. I measured it with a sewing ruler, and it is not crooked. I did not know I needed to take pictures of that to prove it to you. I cannot keep replacing shirts for you that you insist are crooked especially if you are not even measuring them. This store did not hit a single minimum order, and I made exceptions and took a loss to begin with and they replaced your shirt although it looks fine in the pictures, I don't know what you want from me at this point. At that point I just asked for a refund and told her we could part ways. I personally would never order from this group again. The unprofessional attitude, again, is unacceptable. Allegedly this business been around for a while and I guess that may be true since their website looks like it was created by America Online.

Graduating in the middle of the pandemic was hard enough, so at least I would have a cool sweatshirt to feel a little more normal. 3 months later, no sweatshirt, no money, I was yelled at, hung up on and so this is my only recourse. I emailed yesterday to ask for the tracking number for the 3rd time since August. I was then told they were out of it and I should be looking for a refund eventually because they were running on generators. I called this morning to see about an exchange, but never got a chance because the owner interrupted me, started yelling and speaking to me as if I was a child. When he was done belittling me I explained that wasn't why I was calling and he could have saved the lecture if he let me finish a sentence. He then told me I'm not getting the sweatshirt and a check would be in the mail. But the address isn't valid so he was going to refund my card. He then hung up on me. Here's the problem, how do you refund a card when you hung up on the customer before getting their information?
