Best decision and recommendation ever. They responded quickly, assessed the situation and went to work mitigating the damage. They had to remove he flooring and all of the lower cabinets in the kitchen then store them in the garage- along with other personal items in other rooms. There was absolutely zero damage. We continue to be impressed as the house is now being remodeled and put back together. All cabinets were salvaged. Facing a situation this awful was overwhelming and there was concern about whether our insurance policy would cover the claim. Jon, the owner, guided us throughout the process and kept our spirits up when weeks went into months not getting answers or a response. Finally, we learned we were getting everything covered! I give Jon 100% credit, bc there were times that I thought I wanted to just give up. He kept us hopeful and positive. His company and staff are amazing. Trust that they'll do a phenomenal job, if and when (hopefully not) something happens like this in your home. They'll go above and beyond.

Wayne Homes had a long standing reputation of building quality homes. They've been around a long…read moretime. And we can tell you now from experience, that Wayne lives up to those expectations! We had the best experience with Wayne! We had the BEST New Home Consultant, Melanie Ritz. We now consider her a great friend! We had the BEST Field Manager, Lee Roberts! He got things done and he got them done quickly! We couldn't have asked for a better team of the nicest people!!! The contractors were all prompt and did quality work. We are now in our home and there are a few loose ends that need finished up. Lee is always in contact with us and is taking care of everything that still needs complete. Many people often comment that with Wayne, everything is extra. And sometimes, that is the case. However, we prefer it that way. That way you can pick and choose exactly what you want. Their prices are less, so that it gives you leeway to add in those extras. Other homebuilders, which are also wonderful at their craft, include a lot of these extras, which is super handy for some people! Less to think about and decide upon! However, those inclusions are reflected in their higher prices. It's all a person's preference and that is perfectly fine! I love that there are options for people. We just loved the way that Wayne structured their building options & process. :) We have recommended Wayne to several people and will continue to recommend Wayne in the future!
