I had a visit this month and was offended by nearly everything. Staff gave no indication they were…read morewashing their hands between patients, table holding clippers, equipment was dirty. The exam room furniture was dirty and stained on the seat( kinda looks like a urine stain location and the base of the patient chair was filthy. Rugs hung all over the outside railings. The private house is filthy inside and out. Waiting room chairs are tattered, ripped n faded. Windows are all dirty. It's just a pig sty office, house, windows. There was a chargeable dremel that was carried from my room to another patient room for use. Disposable dremels aren't used. I stayed for the podiatrist discussion and had nails trimmed cause the clipper came from a sterile packaging but.....it's pretty sloppy care esp minimal social distancing by staff. As a healthcare provider, I shuddered and didn't really feel it would matter if I complained. Even the podiatrist didn't carefully go from patient to patient as I observed him. As a new patient, I felt pretty rushed. Doc left room without washing hands, he did wear gloves but did he change them??? Won't be returning. Dirty, Draconian healthcare office!!! Medicare should stop in for an inspection!

They were very up-front with me about my insurance plan, what fees would be involved, and what my visit would entail. At my visit, the friendly service and careful insurance plan review remained consistent, and the Doctor was one of the friendliest I have ever worked with. I like that they were able to provide immediate in-house x-rays, and were quick to create a treatment plan. I would recommend this treatment team to anyone going forward! Dr. Perillo even has a few great stories about Buffalo legend Vincent Gallo, so be sure to ask. :)

He is extremely knowledgable, and more so old school in trying to fix the problem, and not jumping into surgical solutions immediately. I've been working with him for 3 months due to plantar fasciitis. He's approach is more old school, but of course tailored to each person. I didn't want to go with shots right out of the gate, I wanted to heal. While it takes some time, his advice, his awesome podiatrist assistant Sue, and his methods are great. If you're having a foot ailment, I highly suggest Dr. Izzo. That is, unless you actually want to have surgery first and questions later!!
