They said they'd check my insurance and never called back. I finally called them in January "Oh gosh, I neglected to let you know!", so then he made new orthotics, but didn't take into account the degree of pronation, and when I noted that at the fitting, he slapped on some cork which is crumbling and is rough. He said he would see if insurance would pay for new castings/orthotics and would "get right back" to me (March), which has now been over two months and I'm still in constant pain.
