I am trying to cancel the contract. I asked for the 30 day notice period waiver and Ranchers didn't want to do that which was fine. I thought I'll ask. I just don't want my lawn to be mowed by them during these 30 days and have agreed to the 30 day notice (paying for it) in writing, in my emails multiple time. However Luis insists on accessing my property and is threatening me with legal action. It makes no sense when I have written back multiple times that I agree to paying for the 30 day period but do not want service. It's a harrowing experience to cancel with them. They are a big harassment at this point. Beware

They splatteted some cement on the AC units. Good thing I saw it and washed them down before it hardened. (-1) 2. They were told to pick up nails. My car got a flat tire the very next day. Flat could not be repaired resulting in about $200 loss of pro remainder tires. (-1) 3. When some guys came to pick up leftover trash the guy had a very threatening staring contest with me as I happened to be outside and wanted to be sure they pick up the spilled concrete. The guy was about to leave and I had to remind to pick up the concrete. Did not appreciate the threatening behavior. (-2) Work wise, they were ok (but pricey) but I could not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned above.

Each time we've reached out, Alex is quick to respond and always arrives as planned. I'm more impressed each time! He's a real pro and takes pride in his work. Especially impressive when I noticed he took the time to cover our new fence so the stump grinding didn't make a mess...nice touch and very thoughtful. It shows he knows his work and pays attention to details. He took care not to let any falling branches affect our fencing while he trimmed our trees, too! My neighbors have commented on how nice our trees look and we couldn't be happier with the service! The price is fair and these people earn every cent with their efforts! Thanks to you guys!!

Upping stars to 3 for not ghosting entirely, but should not have taken a negative review to get a response. I provided a detailed project specification to this vendor 7 days ago--which is an attractive company given that they are covered by the Yelp Guarantee. They are stated to have an average 10 minute response time with a 65% response rate. Seven days later, I've heard nothing. So I'm either in the 35% of their non-responses or I'm an outlier in their turnaround timeframe. I wish I had better things to say since this is an unfortunate lone wolf one star rating in a sea of five stars for this company, but "real people, real reviews" is the rule.

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE This…read moreguy could use a serious course in how to handle situations as a business owner. WOW. After hiring him 5 weeks ago to replace 2 trees in our front yard we noticed one wasn't looking great while the other was thriving. Upon further inspection, we discovered the tree was dead and not just died dead like dead dead. The whole tree from top to bottom was as dry as a bone several layers into the trunk along with branches snapping off like nothing. I texted him nicely to go over the situation and he immediately started gaslighting me that I killed the tree. Every single time he would ask me about how I did something. I would tell him, then he would come up with another excuse of why I killed it. He then went by the house to check on it and tried to tell me I over saturated it and that's why it died, but that moisture was from us testing and running the bubblers a few hours before he showed up to see if that's what caused the tree to die. I can assure you a tree doesn't die and dry up completely tip to trunk in 5 weeks. Learn from my mistake, hire the other guy!
